I have had multiple incidents with the delivery drivers at this dominos, the back of the shop goes onto the wynd road where pedestrians are walking to get to their cars, shops, kids play park etc, I’ve had delivery drivers from dominos honk their car horn at me for not driving fast enough to their liking down this road, and now this evening one of their drivers reversed out at full speed without checking anybody was there almost causing a collision with my car and causing an emergency break. This has happened multiple times. Sort it out and speak to your drivers

Every time I order other food either it’s cold or not cooked or over cooked or just terrible never happens when I get domino’s !

ordered 2 pizzas, one came absolutely fine and the other came with literally no sauce on it and was just soggy bread and cheese. When speaking to the guy on the phone he wanted us to return the pizza as proof as he didn't believe us and was being really weird with us on the phone about sending a replacement pizza. All was sorted in the end but not the level of customer service I'd expect. On top of that we were both ill the morning after we had the pizzas, both throwing up so not sure if that was linked to!

Absolutely lovely this place was, infact it was so good I'm pretty sure Mario was behind the grill. They loaded up my pizza so high I was half convinced they were trying to make a life-size Mt everest replica! I mean there was so much on the pizza that it could probably even feed those starving children in the charity adverts

Nice but cold.**editing review.. got a pizza last week and the toppings had slid off. Ridiculous. You would expect perfection for the price of dough, sauce and cheese. Half my pizza was inedible. ***

Always go here for my pizza whether I'm alone or with friends, always delicious and always have some left over haha, wedges are surprisingly tasty and same as garlic bread! Only thing about domino's is sometimes when it gets delivered my food is cold or the order is wrong but other than that absolutely brilliant. Not more to complain about when it's so delicious.

App is incredibly unreliable nothing works no response garbage regularly forgets account information and crashes without customer support

Horrible service! Order for delivery kept tracking my order online. It last said out for delivery waited 5mins then call the store they said the driver has been out for 20mins what a lie! The store is 5mins from my location how could they be waiting for 20mins. Apparently they called me but there was no answer. I was told I have to come and collect my own food. What's the point of a delivery charge and service. The staff are rude and we ended up taking cold food. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. BAD REPUTATION FOR ALL THE DOMINOS PIZZA. ridiculous!

Tried calling several times to amend my order, when I came in to pick up the order the man was very rude from the start and just demanded I pay without listening. I don't know if he had a bad day but not ordering from there again

I’m happy with ordering online as that was easy and I had delivery so my food was still hot very impressive.however .quality check was not done and the margarita pizza had no base sauce the festive pizza is ok but would of been great if I had the cranberry sauce as advertised, I’m disappointed I was to ill to complain but you have lost a customer for life which is a shame.

Awful. Only ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and they couldn't even get that right. Upon collection I told the staff there was no cheese on parts of pizza. He couldn't care less and said that's just how they come out. Would be better off getting a pizza from Iceland. Hope the franchise owner takes note that the current staff are killing business. Avoid, I won't be using again
