“I visited on a Saturday night, they managed to fit us in with no problem (table of 2).
We were seen to straight away and ordered our drinks and some poppadom's. However it then took a while to order our mains due to a huge influx of reservations, 16 people across 3 or 4 tables!
When the waiter came back to take our mains order he was very apologetic.
Indian Royal seems like a very friendly restaurant in that if we lived in Letchworth, we would want this to be our local Indian, several customers seemed to be on first name terms with all the staff! The food was top notch, the service as mentioned above, was great and the prices were very reasonable. Around £40 for 2 mains, 2 naan, 1 rice, 4 poppadom's and drinks. (May 2025)”
