Great helpful staff. Our room was a little tired, needing a coat of paint. No room servicing during our 3 night stay. Although, there were drinks on show in the restaurant, the bar was never open.

We have stayed here before and so know that parking is a short walk away. Good, modern and clean hotel that we would recommend. Good room facilities and shower. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Check in was abysmal, the lift was not working,but will be fixed in a month !!!We are in our 70s. We carried suit cases and suit carriers to the 3rd floor,no offers of help,we'll of course not..We took breakfast in Letchworth Town as the hotels offerings looked unpalatable, on our return,the room had been serviced,the duvet was just pulled over the the mattress and pillows left as they were,the towels were changed,that's a step in the right direction We had not checked out but our room was now devoid of electricity, yes we did put the card in the slot!!When the reception was manned it was by a gentleman who looked like a body builder who happily informed us the lift will be fixed tomorrow,it wasn't.!!!Letchworth seems like a lovely town and deserves better than this disgraceful showing at the Premier Inn.Station Rd Letchworth.If this was a school report it would read, must do a lot better and quickly.

I booked this hotel for my wife and I as we had a party to attend in the area, it is in a great location, plenty of shops, restaurants, bars within walking distance, as well as the train station, the hotel was nice and clean as was our room. The only reason I haven’t given the hotel 5 stars is because the window in our room didn’t open, however we didn’t realise this until we had unpacked everything, if it was mentioned to us at check in we would have asked for a different room, other then that everything else was good.
Enjoyable stay for all the family, good value for money, many amenities and staff were very helpful. Central location, not too far from train station and town centre. Many of choices for food, drinks and shopping!

I have stayed here numerous times on business and have never been disappointed- rooms are clean and quiet and breakfast is pretty good considering it’s a small hotel. Staff are polite and helpful- parking at the train station is £8 for overnight stay as there is no hotel parking available but the station is a 5 minute walk so no great hardship. A good hotel!

Very poor shower because of insert in shower head, took ages and ages to get shampoo out of my hair. Very poor flow from basin tap also because of insert in spout, took ages and ages to get enough water in the basin to have a shave. These money saving ideas pretend to be saving the environment, what they do in reality is loose customers.

Stayed here 2 nights while in Letchworth on business. A good hotel, the central location making it handy for everything. The staff are very friendly making it a welcoming place to stay. Breakfast was great, and although the evening menu was limited I thought the curry & fruit desert were tasty. Recommend this as a good place to stay in Letchworth Garden City.

Relaxing enjoyable stay. Staff attentive and friendly. I liked the fact rooms were not cleaned daily, unless I required it. Made me relax more, knowing I was'nt going to get a knock on the door if I was not leaving my room till later. Loved the black out curtains. Nice and quiet. Not my first visit here and intend going again.
