5 adults and 2 kids had lunch on 2nd Jan. Food menu(s) were varied and multiple offers were spread across them. All meals were hot and tasty and turned around in good time. Staff were polite and helpful The kids especially enjoyed the sharing dessert served in a huge glass bowl. Great value for money.

Steak was raw food is forgettable staff behind bar removed ice from coke and don’t fill as that’s a standard size was told off about opening a door that went to garden as it’s alarmed when we hadn’t touched it !! Won’t be back not worth the money shame as it used to be pretty

My partner had the Chicken New Yorker and he says it was ok. My Chicken Parmigiana was awful, it was so over cooked it was so dry when I cut into the ends of it, it was flying off the plate, but it also made the chicken inside this batter so dry, there was not enough Neopolitan sauce to make it edible - there was nobody to complain to as the waiters/bar attenders are so young and were so busy it was not fair on them . So overall, not a good meal had today, I know Hungry Horse meals are hit & miss dependant upon management, but this was not good at all and it certainly puts us both off eating here again.
Been coming for a year and half and have loved every minute of it. Staff are amazing, food is great and drinks are out right great. Will come here for years to come and highly recommend.

Food is basic pub food but done quite well. Some of ours was slightly overcooked but the flavour was there. The waitress was very friendly, very apologetic when food ordered on the app had bits missing all in all excellent customer service from her.App ordering here on the Greene King app which was quite good as you can see what is off of the menu.Our Booth had a telly in it locked to Cbeebies which helped keep our toddler happy. I don't know why more family pubs don't do this!

The atmosphere was relaxed and cozy. The food was delicious and it was well presented. The amount of food was just right for two pensioners and we had fish, chips and peas. Table service was efficient and Daniel was excellent and came to check whether our food was good. He was very friendly and engaging. Brilliant deal - two fish and chips for £11.50.

Party of 3 on a Sunday ordered 2 nut roasts and 1 turkey and beef . Half an hour after ordering told they only had one nut roast , we arrived @ 12.45 pm so not late , so swapped one meal for a mushroom pie . Waited for 1 hour still no food , complained at the bar , told our food was being plated up , people that came in after us were now being served , received food after 1 hour and 10 minutes wait .. my mushroom pie was good , turkey was very dry nut roast OK, but the overall experience with such a long wait was very poor , they only had one lady behind the bar and 1 serving , the staff were lovely and it's a shame they had to deal with so many complaints.
