Such a lovely little pub, stopped by with my partner after a dog walk. Was so impressed with the service and warm welcome from Coral. Was given great suggestions on food options (which were delicious!) and chester was delighted with his treats and fresh bowl of water. Will be coming back here with friends and family for sure.

Roast Potatoes were hard and some cold. Meat was dry. Gravy was miniscule, as was my starter for what I paid for it.

Popped in for breakfast at 10am on Sat after doing the Gunpowder parkrun. Pub is lovely inside. It was very quiet when we were there but service was friendly and welcoming. We had bacon sandwiches and coffee before carrying on with our journey north. I would recommend to other parkrunners as this is a gem of a place for a parkrun breakfast.Dietary restrictions: They cater for gluten free :-)

Lovely atmosphere and great attentive staff. Had the steak pie and it was delicious ? perfect lighting and decor for a lovely evening meal. Aslo Sumner is great with the patio area ?
