Party of 7 had a nice table...pace of the food was great. Taste wasn't anything exciting and my partners food came out 15 min after everyone else's and the manager comped it withour hesitation. Apart from that good value for money and good service and everyone happy.

Really disappointed today after a trip to Bills. We go in there quite a bit as good menu and crayons for kids. We got there at 11.15 when we’d booked. It was very busy so we weren’t seated until 11.30 which was a bit annoying but ok. We ordered straight away and got food at 12. Ordered a coffee which didn’t arrive until after the breakfast but this happens a lot. The thing that was so disappointing was the sausages served to me and my partner’s 4 year old were raw. We didn’t notice until the end and luckily she didn’t eat it as it ‘tasted funny’. I understand how these things can happen but it was the response that was disappointing. We told them at the end the sausages were raw and this wasn’t great to serve to a child. The server spoke to someone we assume was a manager whom we overheard asking if we ate the rest of the breakfast and then shrugging. We were brought the bill with no further word on it. I asked for at least the children’s meal to be taken off the bill. It wasn’t really about the money I was hoping more for just an acknowledgment. They removed that but left the 12.5% tip on there. Very disappointing.

Loved the ambience and the aesthetics it had that I did not feel like leaving the place at all, food was equally amazing, hot chocolate was love and this place is worth it all♥️

Poor food portions. Reheated Bacon . Asked for brown sauce, was given a dirty old bottle of HP sauce with about one centimetre of sauce at bottom of bottle. In general, food not worth the asking priceWouldn't go again.Also they don't take cash.
