We couldn't fault the table service the lady serving us was very pleasent and helpful, the food on the other hand was a little disapointing.I have been to this restaraunt many times before this visit and never had a problem, but my resent visit the food was notisably lacking in the usual standard. There was 6 of us in the party and we all looked at each other with the same dissapointed look "is your food cold" and it was I can only assume that it had sat at the serving point for a while before it was brought out to us.It's dissapointing because normally we have had great food served to us and this visit sadly disapointed.

It was a quiet Monday evening when we went for dinner, which was perfect. It is a very short drive just off M1 junction 9 so very convenient if you're on the motorway and want some proper food... much better than normal service station fast food. Service was friendly, helpful & quick.

We wasn’t impressed with our service/meal at all. We was in there a total of 2.5 hours and it wasn’t busy.. took an hour for our mains to come out and we found the food not very nice the fish was dry, the chicken had no flavour etc. we was brought out the wrong meals twice also. Our waitress Hristina was never to be seen we kept needing service so we was asking other waitresses and they said they would go get our waitress but she never came over. We asked for the bill 4 times in total once to hristina and other times to other waitresses to be told they will get it but never returned. We was a booking of 11 but won’t be returning to this branch

We were a large party of 17,we visited for a family Christmas get together...we all had a lovely time and the food was excellent,the staff were great....the toilets were clean ut could use a little attentionDietary restrictions: One of our party has a dairy allergy, staff were very efficient in helping with this and checking every product before servingParking: Lots of parking right next to the restaurantKid-friendliness: We had a mix of ages from 70+ down to 4 and everyone of us had a lovely time

We visited this week to have breakfast with Santa, the staff were very accommodating and the speed of service was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty and the kids enjoyed their activity packs provided. Santa was excellent, he engaged well and took time with each of them. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas experience, will definitely book again for next year! ?❤️?Kid-friendliness: Lovely experience with Santa ?

As harvesters go, this is a good one. The building is lovely with fires to sit around and the food was cooked well and hot. Salad bar well stocked and maintained. Everyone in our party all enjoyed their food and I would come here again.

We have regularly eaten here when we stay at the nearby Premier Inn. We usually eat in the bar section where you order from the bar. There is a good choice and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. I can't always manage a full meal and they are quite happy just to let me order a side plus fries.

We have visited a few times for breakfast now and everytime is the same server ‘Chrissy’ and it has been the most uncomfortable visit. Shes been extremely rude and I’ve narrowed it down to she treats people nicely whom she thinks will tip her! She’s singled us out every time because the first time we hadn’t tipped. We felt so uncomfortable to the point we couldn’t ask for anything else and if we did ask for anything else it was done hastily and with such a attitude. Didn’t even talk to us when she led us to the table, when ordering she was huffing and puffing. As I’ve said this isn’t the first bad experience with her, will not be returning again as had issues with the food but could not say anything to her and there wasn’t any other staff other than her there. I’d steer clear for breakfast as if she deems you won’t be able to tip she’ll treat you badly.

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive, items were missing from nearly all of our meals, several starters we wanted to order were "out" or otherwise unavailable, turkey was dry and portion sizes differed massively between people eating the very same meal. It was a terrible experience overall.

Great food, friendly staff.Just a shame toilets were not very clean due to people blocking one cubicle and person had been sick in the other one. Staff were not aware as no male staff on duty to check them. Once made aware of it then they got member of staff to sort out.
