GF pizza was cold, driver got lost delivering the pizza. Manager very defensive and not accommodating. Overall poor service and quality of pizza.

I have always loved the pizza from Pizza Hut, but tonight’s experience (and the steadily declining service) leaves much to be desired. Food was late and while still warm-ish, was not in the best condition. On one of the pizzas, the cheese had slid all the way across to the other side of the pizza, and I can’t say for sure, but I don’t feel like I got the pan pizza base. I think I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

It’s not the best but it’s not the worst either. The food quality is great - absolutely delicious pizzas it cannot be denied. However on my last visit when collecting, despite the order appearing as “ready” on my app, I had to wait a further 15-20 minutes at the venue. This was disappointing for obvious reasons as I had upheld my end of the bargain - being there on time. Overall - food great but room for improvement on service.

The pizza are not better than those in the supermarket. The kitchen not visible and the personal doesn't seem happy at all. Dominos is on completely different level.

The pizzas are better than average, deep pan is lovely light bread base, very deep whilst still warm but with a very oily base. I love the tomato base on Hawaiian, super delicious ? These days I only get pizza from here as I drive past now because the delivery is so unreliable. Sometimes it is great but I have had delivery from here on a Friday, even having made the order online the night before, and still it's been over an hour and half. Great deals though, there's always a pizza for a tenner or less... Not sure what sort of atmosphere you would expect in a pizza take out waiting area. Everytime I have been there has been a a few non uniformed guys (sometimes even in flip flops!) just wandering into the kitchen area from outside chatting with the guys and then wandering out...What's that about?

Went to pickup a takeaway, was standing there for about 10 mins before a staff member came out, I could see my order just waiting, getting colder. Very frustrating, it not like they were not expecting me to come pick it up.

Disgusting customer service! I've ordered via the website, money taken from my account but order not received. I called the branch to further enquire only to be met with a RUDE and ABRUPT male member of staff who didn't listen to my reason for calling and put the phone down on me.Do not waste your hard earned money and steer clear!

Never ordering again from them ordered 2 pizzas for delivery online 50 minutes after ordering called store to be told another 50mins, Vikram a very rude and arrogant manger cancelled the order. 3 weeks later and no refund has been provided. Shocking customer service!

So got home with my pickup order. As I'm eating halfway through my pizza I find about 3 hairs in the cheese and topping of my pizza. All long hairs so definitely not mine.Called to let them know and told them I can take pictures and come in tomorrow to show them.Got a call back 2 minutes later from who I presume is the manager who tells me he wants to come round and see I told him I'd eaten half the pizza already and he said "then there's nothing I can do"I thought I could trust a pizza hut pizza but apparently I need to check every slice before tucking in.
