Food was OK...but no latte or cappuccinos...so as I don't like black coffee had to have tea....weak tea..

The staff are rude. He gave me a half filled sandwich because he said and I quote”I can’t close the sandwich.” He gave me two strands of onions and a bit of lettuce.I also ordered the crinkle crisps and they were half cooked. This subway needs to fix up because that experience was rubbish.

Friendly staff but found the salad and sauce portions very stingy and when I asked for a little more it wasn’t received well ?Parking: Lots of parking in the square right outside, very convenient.

Went in today with a promotional voucher for a £3.99 sub. Told by a guy working there that they are not a participating store. Checked the terms which state that they ARE, only to be told that it's a printing error. Either way, very poor form of marketing. Don't post vouchers through my door if I can't use them in my area.

Terrible service, sub was cold and was only offered to put the whole thing in the microwave, salad included! Asked for a refund, refused.Suggest they go on a customer service course!I use subway all the time but avoid this one, suggest visiting the Simmons a few doors down!

Very bad would rate zero if it was possible the man closed the toilet when i need it apperantly they close the toilet 1 hour before closing thats stupid so i asked for a refund and he said we dont do refunds and i said well ill stand at the door and not let anyone order until i get my refund i soon got my refund dont waste your money here the mans very rude!

Not happy. I walked in to collect my order from Uber eats to be told they don’t take orders? So why is the company on Uber eats saying I can buy and collect then when ive spent time travelling all of a sudden I can’t? Wasted money and time
