A good menu selection and lovely food. The service was fast and friendly and the craft beer was delicious. The use of Tesco Clubcard vouchers to cover the food was an added bonus.

Went there for my sisters birthday, the service was great, the food came out in a timely manner, the only gripes were that the glasses were dirty, or if it's just the way they are they need new ones, the spaghetti bolognese was like watery spaghetti with a little bit of bolognese on top & we were overcharged for the bill.

It's a shame there aren't any halal options but that doesn't really surprise me.Outside of that, there is a good selection of food.The service was pretty good and the atmosphere was what you want.Parking: Parking is shared for all the leisure park businesses.

Food was okay. Nduja risotto and zucchini fritters were good, but the pasta was very bland. In addition, we were not told which items were missing until we tried to order them, with the shock being that no fresh pasta was available at all.

What a fantastic service! I took 3 kids for a quick dinner as we were in a rush. One of my kids didn't fancy anything as he wanted to eat elsewhere- so staff kept on offering him free ice cream which he said no to. Another thing - gluten free kids size pizza was massive for a kids meal (good thing). They treat children as any other customer - fantastic service once again. Besides we didn't have the table booked and they could still accommodate us on a Friday busy evening. Thank you ☺️

Super tasty food. Fantastic service from start to finish polite and professional little one's food came out at good pace. Loved the bread sticks. Pasta dishes great and a good portion. Will visit again when next in Stevenage before a long train journey.
Great quality of foodGood selection and value for money. The only downside is the staff. They take forever to bring drinks and additional orders. And if you complain to a member of staff, the only reply you get is "not my responsibility, it's my colleague". It's a shame because the food is amazing, but if you have to wait for drinks or the bill for 20 minutes, that kills the experience.

Was looking forward to visiting Ask as hadn’t been for a while but what a disappointment, the food was bland, but most of all the service was pretty bad , ordered some drinks and when they didn’t come asked about them and the waiter was really rude , safe to say I won’t be coming back !

Decent food and cocktails, ravioli was good, but the riccotta lil bland, the turffel oil was nice though.Mushrooms we good, most the garlic came from the mayo.Deco is nice and bright, not conjested at all inside even when it was busy.

This has always been my favorite place to eat. I do not go out much but it was my birthday and we met family at ASK last week. The waitress was not only sarcastic but rude as well. Her attitude was really off. The rudest part was the bill she had added over £14.00 for a tip. We have always tipped and with a generous attitude. I refuse to be told what to tip especially with poor service. We asked for this to be removed from the bill which she did. It's sad because we have 3 more birthdays coming up and the plan was to spend them all at ASK, but not now. The food on this occasion has also gone down hill (mine was swimming in oil). I am a saddo and have the same thing everytime I go there so I kind of knew what to expect and I just couldnt eat it. I have never written a bad review but I felt this needed saying. I am so disappointed. I have been told there is another ASK in Letchworth so who knows I may try there.

I came in for my daughters birthday lunch with 5 young girls (11-12). The staff was very accommodating, caring, ready to help. The food was good too, the girls loved the pizza and all the desserts. Can’t praise the staff enough, they create the welcoming atmosphere! Thank you
