Very poor service and very poor customer service from the manager of the stopKept us waiting for an hour and a half and then phoned us to tell us it wasn’t coming so said he would refund.The money left our account instantly but he said the refund will take three to four days to come back into our account.I would seriously suggest using another pizza company if you want a decent service

I ordered and arranged pick up for 15 minutes time. I got there and it was all ready and the service was great.My only complaints would be in COVID times surely the staff kneading the bread and putting the toppings on should have gloves on and also face coverings as germs could be easily spread and also the pizza's didn't come with their normal dips.

Made an online order at 17:19, order was sent out just after 17:30ish, it's currently 18:15 with no sign of the order, app says delivered and so far I've called them twice about this and all they've said is "your order has left the store and will be with you shortly", absolutely unacceptable from a franchise storeEdit: upped to 3 stars as food actually arrived and was still warm luckily
Terrible store, doesn't accept cash, and they can't use "oh, coz covid" as an excuse since nearly every other shop that isn't dominos accepts cash

Literally came in from working a 14 hour shift and was too tired to cook. Thought I’d order from here. An hour and a half later we phone to cancel as I need to sleep and they tell us that it’s just left and it will be with us soon. Wait up another 45 minutes and nothing in sight. Stopped me sleeping and stopped me cooking and still not a delivery in sight ?♂️ Thought I’d warn others before I finally get some sleep.

Not great, it took 90 minutes for the delivery and the pizza was cold. Some of the toppings were raw.

Food just took nearly 2 hrs to arrive.. app said it was on way 40 minutes ago. Shop said it left 5mins ago.. food is so cold, the cheese is hard and chicken is tough..
