I had to order over the phone as I am allergic to dairy and cannot add meat to a vegan pizza or customise a normal pizza to have vegan cheese. Not only did the lady on the phone mumble which made it difficult to understand but she came across as rude. I was not informed of the price before asking for my card details which I didn’t question as it usually comes to around £25-30 for 2 pizza with a deal which the person operating the phone adds on for us but this time it came to £52!! If I was able to order this online I could have got 2 pizza’s and 2 sides for £24.99. Please make the vegan base and cheese an options for customisation for those with allergens so we don’t have to pay double the amount for less!!

Absolutely shocking dominoes, had to wait 1hour and 40 mins for my delivery. Ordered, driver went to the wrong place and refused to come to the right place. They then sent another delivery driver and that took another 45 mins. I live 5 mins away from the dominoes and it took them this long. Mid food and I better get that 50% refund they promised me. Never ordering from here again

Pizza was below average, and 4/5 staff didn't even acknowledge my existence after insaid hello. When the 5th did, he was frankly rude. I left my house when it said my pizza was ready, 5 minutes drive, and was told 2 minutes more, which had another 5 minutes added to it, no apology. Was handed my pizza without a word got home and discovered half the crust was burnt. So, I won't be in a hurry to order here again.

Genuinely one of the worst Domino's I've used. Constantly get orders wrong, update the app to say they've been delivered when they haven't. Today ordered two pizzas they delivered one. Sent driver back with 2nd pizza, then checked both pizzas and they were both wrong so had to send out a 3rd driver just for the sake of two pizzas. Terrible service.
Ordered in store. They said I have to wait 10 minutes. Pizza was ready in more than 45 minutes because they forgot about my order. I would like to mention that I was waiting in store. Very disappointed.

Went to place an order only to find out it is now card only this isn't good enuf as my card is machine only meaning I only deal in cash. (Visa card got attacked by fraud a while back and closed it)
