Beware vegetarians, they have margarita pizza sitting right beside the peparoni pizza. They also had one spatula sitting between both pizzas. Very shocked.

Got a breakfast deal of coffee and egg and bacon roll. Very disappointed. It was cold and as for the egg. Well on all my years have never seen an egg look like this. What annoyed me is the assistant seem looked at ut and thought it was acceptable to put it in my roll. Clearly dosent care about customer

Came in to get a sandwich, and there were none available which is fine. When asking how long would it be before they are available Trish proceeded to laugh, look at her colleagues and walk away. I then asked her not to be rude, she tutted, and stated that she was wasn’t being rude and continued to laugh. Very poor service from Trish.I would avoid Stevenage town Greggs with Trish.All the other staff members were very polite and offered alternative items of food, where Trish just offered an attitude.

I’ve to revise my review as the staff never cooks wedges. Come on guys, where are them wedges. Your counters are mostly empty as well apart the lunch rush.
Went in there at 10am, 2nd April. Both the young ladies working in there were very friendly, and happy to help me. I had placed a mobile order to collect from the store, and both of them there made my experience in store very easy! Thank you to them both and I hope they keep up the great work they are doing!

Tried 3 Greggs. None of them had Caramel shortbread in stock!!! Surely a staple at this (party) time of year?

Not the best Greggs I've been in. The tables are not cleaned between customers. The drinks were hot, but the pizza slice was cold, ended up putting half of it in the bin
