Placed small order via website at 1825 on a Wednesday evening and showed would be delivered at 1910. As had not arrived by 1920 telephoned merchant and was told the driver had just left (no apology for being late) Telephoned merchant again at 1930 as still not arrived and was told they would call the driver. They then hung up on me and unsurprisingly did not call me back. Driver pulled up outside my house at 1940 (I live a max 5 minutes drive from Rockingham Way and I could have walked from there to my home quicker) and proceeded to walk in totally the opposite direction even though I was standing at my front door and calling out to him. When I expressed my disattisfaction over the lateness of my order I was given some pack of lies about a cooking problem! No apology was offered. I do not like being lied to especially when it is so obvious that you are being lied to. Very very poor

This is the best Chinese shop in Stevenage, they have a new menu and ive eaten a item called wontons with sweet chilli sauce and its so amazing never ate anything so good in my life!! The staff were so lovely and the delivery was very quick and friendly!!

Ordered food, portions were tiny, £2.40 for a bag of 12 wafer thing, tasteless prawn crackers. Deep fried chilli beef was dry and chewy.
I order from here very often sometimes even twice a week, from answering the phone to the delivery I always get amazing customer service I love the way the connect with the customer to the point of remembering something I order all the time and I miss it off my list ? I have never had any problems with my food in the last 10 years of eating from jasmin garden I think the food and standard are outstanding and would like to say thank you for a service ?

I ordered through Uber eats, unfortunately there wasn’t an option to change dishes on there. I called the store and they were very helpful and allowed me to amend my order to suit my allergies and dietary requirements. Food was delivered quickly and piping hot. Very tasty!Dietary restrictions: Allergies

I have given 2 stars because usually the food is very reasonable however last nights experience was not so good. The House Special Chow Mein was different to normal, quite spicy hot and the Pancake Rolls were dreadful. The had an odd aroma, were slimy inside and tasted vile to the point where it made my wife retch. As i stated earlier not the normal standard but clearly something has changed.

Ordered £70 worth never had a bad experience, but we all became unwell within an hour eating our food!! Will not be ordering from there again. Havent called yet as closed but will be tomorrow!!

Special chow mein was just plain noodles with carrots and peas, burnt prawn balls and wafer thin prawn crackers. One of the most disappointing takeaways I’ve had.
