We ordered through Just Eat and found the prices quite expensive. We did not expect that choosing no sauce would mean nothing between bread and source. Would anyone want that... The next disappointment was that IMMEDIATELY we had placed the order we were texted to say that the order was delayed and would take almost twice the agreed time. You must have known before we placed the order. When it did eventually come there was an additional second pizza that we were not expecting, perhaps by way of appology. The pizza was OK, even without the sauce. We also had a couple of kebabs that we did order and were well received. Perhaps reduce the price and keep to the agreed time.

Rude staff, the guy on the phone is the worst he's outrageously rude twice now! food overpriced sauce tubs half filled up even though I'm paying for it, was told by the rude guy we don't fill them up it's a joke. Ordered kebab which came cold and got small chips even tho I paid for large. Minimum £12 delivery even though I'm a minutes drive away. Joke of a shop now such a shame I used to love it.

The food was bad! Ordered SFC, it looked like it had been double fried, I've never seen anything like it. It was crispy on the outside but thick mush southern friend mixture underneath. I rang the shop to explain but they said it was all freshly cooked and the guy was a bit defensive, I was going to take it back to the shop but to be honest I just couldn't be bothered with the aggravation and decided to just miss this evenings meal and take it as a lesson learnt.

Got a takeaway today kebab & chips and was horrendous everything was cold, kebab had no flavour what so ever and felt like cold mush chips were like cardboard I'm more hungrier now than I was before wish I just had tea & toast now.Avoid one of the worst takeouts I've had

This has to be the worst takeaway I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Absolutely disgusting, fried chicken is only good to be used in place of a hammer if you need and nails putting in walls and if you are unlucky enough to get to the actual chicken make sure you have a chainsaw handy to get through it, wedges are soggy, chips are even worse and every thing else is just McCain’s from a super market dunked in oil and nuked for 10 mins.Avoid at all costs

The last couple of times iv been the donner kebab has been unedable the meet had clearly been over cooked and left in pot for god knows how long. Last 3 times atleast not once has the donner been cut fresh. Realy not good

Ordered on Uber Eats, asked for notes so said no tomatoes or gherkins, arrived 1 gour later, not very hot and with tomatoes and Gherkins, don't ask for notes if yr not gonna read them!! Chicken however was very tasty!
Awful customer service. Ordered from these guys a few times on Uber eats and normally always nice but this time I opened my box and found a hair. These things happen sometimes so I called the restaurant and asked for a replacement , boss was very rude on the phone telling me I am a liar and he will come and get the food and won’t bring me my fresh food until he has inspected the other food. So I was expected to wait another hour ! Serious health and safety issue with no respect for his loyal customers. Won’t be ever ordering from here again.

Ordered our food for delivery. An hour and a bit later received a text saying they cancelled our order as not able to deliver to us.The manager said they looked to bring it out to us but it was too far - why put your service on just eat then!!!! Terrible service and not even an apology!
