The only reason I wanted to write a review is because of a lovely member of staff called Corina!! She deserves 5 stars all on her own! She was the most helpful, polite and just the most lovely lady. I hope she sees this or someone passes on my upmost thanks to her! She is fantastic and deserves credit!

Went there this morning with wifey for a Breakfast. As soon as the door opened we were hit with an icy blast from within. It was actually colder than outside. When we received our order it had to be eaten quickly before it got cold.

Branch bursting with people, so no place to sit after ordering on the app to eat in, went to the till while order was about to be prepared to ask to change it to collection, then a member of staff ( older woman called MICHELLE ) literally screamed in my ear in front of everybody ( please look at your cctv ) to move so she could go through behind the counter, I've turned around in disbelief to find this confrontational angry woman that pushed past me and my 4 young children abruptly being abusive about me being in her way.Few seconds later she passed by me again so I stopped her to explain that I didn't realise I was in her way and there's was no need for her to scream at me the way she did, instead of apologising for her despicable lack of manners , she again shouted in my face in front of other customers in an aggressive manner that she had said excuse me 4 times, which I didn't hear neither my husband which was stood directly behind me.I then proceeded to say there was no need to be so rude, and her response was to shout even more and walk away.Spoke to the manager which was polite and apologised for her behaviour, but honestly a person like that woman should not work in retail or customer service, I'm sure I'm not the first costumer mistreated by her.What if I had a hearing or visual impairment? Which I dont, but like my children I have a neurodiversity where I have a slower information processing time than most people, I did'nt deserve to be treated like that in front of my children.Please do not allow this angry confrontational woman to carry on screaming at people that don't respond to her within 2 seconds.

Bugs/flies flying around you while you eat. Landing on your food too. It's disgusting! Clearly the hygiene isn't key in this establishment!

We ate a double chicken burger from the New Year's menu. It was a burger as thin as paper. It had no taste or salt. They don't give raw mayonnaise to sell burgers.

Absolutely disgusting!! 1 star is even too much. Just ordered from justEat and got half of the fries and cold. DRY meat in the burger! VERY DISGUSTING. DO NOT VISIT THIS MCDONALD'S AND THANK ME LATER.

Update 21/12/2023 closes before the actual close time in Google for walk in. Open for delivery still......Still the same review as of 202312. Avoid using via the McDonald's App they use Uber and in my opinion turn up with cold food... So still have not seen my last review.... This one...In my opinion do not use the McDonald's App or rely on Uber eats if you want fresh and hot food. You will be disappointed. Either walk and drive through and get it yourself. Look into the window of and you'll see food sitting waiting for collection which is cold. This manager needs sacking

It's the closest McDonald's to me and I honestly loved it. It may be jam packed at times but the chicken mayo is McDonald's' best burger If you want good burgers don't go out burger king.

Very slow service over an hour to get a delivery - don't bother go and get yourself or use a local takeaway much cheaper and tastier. Eventually arrived over 1 hour after original order and food was stone cold. Coffee and milkshake had spilled inside bag over fries. Have taken pictures and will ask my bank for a refund - will never order McDelivery again
Food is fine but there is always an unbelievably long queue and wait at this particular branch, before you add in delivery services.

This place has gotten worse over the years...The food is always cold and tasteless, queues are horrendous and very slow.The atmosphere is way too busy inside it's crazy and the service is ok considering the amount of people visiting.Another point to add I wouldn't advise ordering via just eat or Uber as your food turns up about an hour later stone cold...

My burger had literally been thrown together, and my chips were literal cardboard. I usually love McDonald’s but I was utterly disappointed. I then went back later in the day for dinner, and they had run out of cheese. How does McDonald’s run out of cheese?! I couldn’t even get a burger. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have been to.
