We're seated within 10 minutes on a very busy Friday night, ordering on app and food within 5-10 minutes (drinks almost immediately). Polite and friendly service, highly recommended, noisy, but food usual Nandos fair. Don't bother with peri salted chips, they might have shown the chips some, but there was very little on them.

Me and my boyfriend are regulars here and although I don’t usually do this I’m genuinely touched by how amazing the staff are here and how much they go out of their way to make our experience here very enjoyable! My boyfriend religiously eats here normally about two times a week sometimes even more! The staff, the service and the whole atmosphere at this place is genuinely top tier. Levi and Miles in particular deserve recognition for their brilliant customer service. But from the bottom of my heart we would like to say a massive thank you to all the staff in this establishment.

Went for a Sunday evening meal and all I can say it's the 3rd time we been and the same has happened each time we order our food using the Nandos app amd we got our drink glass from a young lady just after that the starters arrived and within 90 seconds the main meal was bought out and put on the tableSo there we are with starters only just started and main meal going cold on the tableAsked why this has happened again like this and was told its because we ain't busy so basically just deal with itShame really use to be good service and friendly serving staff but now poor service and management could do with being dressed smarter

ever since the renovation the food has been awful?! ordered a fino pitta with peri salted chips and it was pathetic to say the least. no halloumi or garlic aioli on the fino pitta, it looked malnourished. and the chips were cold with no peri salt on them??? awful.
