Absolute waste of time. Arrived at the Stevenage Papa John's at 10.40pm, front door wide open but nobody at the sales counter. Called for service, no answer. Waited for 5 minutes, still no answer. Saw an employee in the kitchen, called again and knocked on the window. Completely ignored. Knocked again and he begrudgingly came to the sales counter. Told me that he wasn't taking anymore orders and was closing at 10:45hrs. The website clearly states 11:00pm. He clearly couldn't be bothered. Never again, I'll spend my money elsewhere.

I recently ordered a pizza from Papa John's and was blown away by the quality and taste of the pizza. The crust was crispy and flavorful, the sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful.

This used to be a 5 star place and was always recommended to friends and family. Sadly my latest order was badly let down with 2 cold pizzas arriving after a slow delivery over an hour after ordering. Worse still, there is now a delivery charge, which you’d think would ensure delivery standards were kept and pizzas arriving hot?Perhaps theres been a change of management or a shortage of delivery staff, but this latest experience is not reflective of what Papa Johns Stevenage used to offer! I am hoping this experience is not a new trend going forwards, as ultimately a new go to pizza place will have to be found.

Iceing on the cake.Order pizza,50 minutes later phoned to enquire where it was 'on its way ' 2 minutes, phoned 10 minutes later canceled,12 minutes later pizza arrived and sent it back.Great shame as we believe the branch may have changed hands as never before had an issue and almost always a spot on pizza.

We've always preferred the taste of papa John's but it's been really let down with how long it now takes when ordering a delivery PLUS the delivery cost now! It now takes over an hour for them to make and deliver it! They don't even answer the phone.
Used to order from here on a regular basis, however from last couple of orders will not be ordering again.I pay for extras and they don’t add them.They are too cheap or stingy with the ingredients which i only started noticing since around April 2022

We ordered 30 pizzas for our children for SATS and Abdul gave us an amazing service. The food was on time and sizzling hot! He was incredibly supportive and helpful and our children loved the pizza. Thank you from all the year 6 children at Giles junior school. We can't wait to use you again next year!
