Big order delivered on time, 1hr after restaurant opened. Rang in advance to order 19 pizzas. Staff friendly, order accurate, delivered 7 mins early, driver was helpful- would use again.

I have been buying from pizza hut for a while but tonight my other half made a boo boo and didn’t tick no cheese ???! I can say that they handled it very well when we received a pizza with cheese. Thank you for being understanding and sorting it out for her lol I can have a good night sleep without her tossing and turning at night because of cheese.

Ordered online for collection. Upon opening the boxes, we realised they had got our order wrong so we ended up with different pizzas to the ones we ordered.Food itself was poor quality. The pizzas were chewy and greasy, nothing like the usual Pizza Hut standard at other restaurants in the chain.Won't be ordering from here again - luckily Domino's in Stevenage is great.

Delivery is always slow and normally turns up luke warm at best, customer service is poor, will not use again until its under new management and see if that improves the service, highly doubt it though

Burnt food sent photos and would not refund, said it was bbq sauce! Dons t even order bbq pizza , never order from them , in edable foodAvoid at al costs!!!!
