The service was very rushed, and the food was bad. Bad, as in the crab and lobster ravioli felt like a cheap ravioli from Aldi’s and just poured some cream over it. And the salmon and olive rigatoni was actually some other fish and rigatoni. NOT SALMON. I wouldn’t order it anymore and also I will not eat here at any point as the food disappointed. The only good thing was the hummus.

I've never had a bad meal at Prezzo and this was no exception. However, this was supposedly a Christmas meal. There wasn't so much as a Christmas cracker to be seen. The Christmas menu was random dishes taken from the usual menu. Would it have been too much trouble to knock up a Christmas calzone or pizza or something similar? Nice meal, nice restaurant (my first time at this Prezzo) along with good service. A little more thought could've gone into it to make it more of an event. Prezzo were also quite late to bring out the Xmas menu compared to most other restaurants or venues. When I enquired on Facebook about when it was coming out, no one bothered to respond.

Friday 1800 hrs ..half full...and half of that was screeching children !!!!! Waitress VERY hard to hear what she was saying due to the racket,so made ordering a drawn out tedious affair !!!!! Not pleasant surroundings in any way at all!!!! Food however, was hot ,tasty and very nice ....won't be going back tho when it's kids party nights ..no way !!!!

Me and my family went for a birthday dinner this evening and was severed by Sophie. She provided excellent service, positive energy and a smile on her face at all times. Food was lovely and very quick service considering the size of our table and I was extremely impressed that Sophie remembered everybody’s order correctly.She is such a treasure to your team and would definitely come back again :)

Waiting staff don't take food allergies seriously.Ordered Gluten free pizza as I have Celiac Disease. When the food was brought out it was touching food that was not gluten free. and had to request for it to be redone.when this was reported to the woman in charge of the service. She claimed it was because the waiter was "from another branch" which just suggests that there is another branch that does not take health risks seriously. but also as walked away she was laughing about the issue.This all occured between 7:30pm and 8:30pm 7th November

I went to eat with my partner, and did not notice that it was a cash free business so that means they only take card... I was so hungry I went in ordered the food and when asking for the bill I got told they only take card payment... I had cash on me which was the only way I could pay due to not having my bank card on me.... the waitress made me feel very uncomfortable and saying you have to pay by card! There’s no other method of paying! Which is impossible if I only have cash... they should of mentioned that at the beginning when I asked for table for two... ended up speaking to the manager and she was kind enough to pay with her card and take cash off me... but will never go back there because the staff (waitress) made me feel very uncomfortable and had a stinky attitude at the end before we where leaving! Poor custimer service

Very busy, full and noisy on the Saturday evening we went. The food was good, but definitely on the pricey side, average main £16 to £18. Good choice and vegan / vegetarian and gluten free options. Service was ok considering how busy they were.
Not busy on a Sunday afternoon got a table easily, drinks orders taken quickly (Pepsi not coke... always a let down).Went to the toilet with my 2 year old to the disabled /baby changing and the nappy bin was almost overflowing and there were little flies everywhere. All over the bin, all over the toilet. It was really disgusting.Food was was average. Service was pretty good. Chilli oil had no chilli in it, wasn't spicy was just weird was hoping it would give my pizza some flavour but it didn't. Was surprised to see a small can of San Pellegreno cost £3.75.Won't go back.

I order 2 pizzas and one calamari. They deliver them after 2 hours and the most disappointing we receive cold food.I am very sad as I use to order many times from there and visit the restaurant as well. Not getting back there .
