My first time going into the coffee place. I went to the one on platform 4 and I was extremely happy with the service. I couldn’t figure out what to get but a lady called Elaine. I think that’s how you spell the name. She helped me pick a white chocolate mocha and I’m very pleased. All the staff was smiling and happy. I couldn’t complain about nothing. 10/10

How dare the train drivers ask everyone to squeeze on the packed train more when there's people fainting. Maybe if they'd got out of bed instead of striking. Privatise the TOCs

I usually don't give reviews but I have to give it to the attendant on platform 3 who attended to me (Elena). The hot chocolate drink was creamy just what i wanted. She is friendly and warm. Kudos on the warm space too Puccino’s !!!

Can only comment on croissants which are French style. Coffee is usually very good but one has to be awake.

Great little shop in the middle of platform 1. I stopped for a frozen white chocolate mocha, and was pleasantly surprised to see there were vegan options, alternative dairy options and juices and smoothies too. Great selection, and the white chocolate mocha is delicious.The sandwiches and pastries also looked good, and there was still quite a good variety of foods considering it was 5pm. Seats inside for about 8 people tops, and cheery decor - apologies I couldn't get a picture of the inside as my train had arrived!

Had a a great experience here, went to order a cup of tea and there was a Russian lady behind the counter. Once I said I dont want milk in it she realized and asked where I was from because in a lot of European countries they drink tea without milk but with some lemon instead. So she had some lemon juice and even poured a tiny amount of cold water on top so that the boiling hot water wouldn't burn my tongue.Now THIS is a great service and a great cup of tea. It has boggled my mind how all these other cafe's around the UK dont have an option to drink your tea with lemon considering how many Europeans live here or the fact that a lot of places just have generic breakfast tea and no fruit tea option. So this was a really surprising and lovely experience.

Normally go to Puccinos in Hitchin when I travel and didn't realise there was one on the station. As a result went to Costa Coffee, sat down and hadn't even taken a sip before I was asked to move on.Response was "yes I saw you drinking out of it". Pointed out I normally go to Puccinos but even though I was told I needed to move on.Grow up. As if me being in there waiting 10 minutes for a train with a Costa cup when the place is empty is a problem.Won't be going to Puccinos again. Sorry to the Hitchin branch who have been lovely over the years
