Good for a variety of shops in close proximity. Parking can be tricky at busy times,. Parking spaces are narrow, so many people seem to drive large cars so tricky to get a slot with room to get in and out without getting your paintwork scuffed. It's happened to me despite parking a bit away from the store I wanted to visit.

Stevenage is lacking landscaping which makes the shopping experience that little bit nicer but as far as shipping goes it’s fine

Fantastic retail park, great stores including M&S and TK Maxx

Parking is every man for himself . In other words, packed at the weekend as marks and Spencer is here .

Shame the photo has not been updated. Very misleading! It's ok there. Argos was closing permanently at the end of the day. Not what you want to see.

Went there to get a gift at boots. Often use the retail park for Smyths toys, M&S, Curry’s, Harvester, Hobby Craft etc. Good parking. Difficult to get back onto the main road, if it’s busy traffic wise, being a busy main road.

Your generic retail park. My one gripe is they reorganised the car park not so many years ago but could of done with making the spaces slightly larger as the are so tight for cars these days.

BE CAREFUL! Whilst the shop and facilities are inviting, unfortunately you can only park for 4 hours. So if you’re planning on shopping at any of the 19 outlets and enjoy some lunch, they will bill you £100 parking fine for the privilege of shopping with them!It is an unreasonable time limit imposed in a retail park that offers shopping and eating facilities.

We went to several shops which were all very good and had lots of stock. My only disappointment was in Marks and Spencer cafe. You have to order on a electronic board and it's not easy. Some of the staff whilst fairly helpful not very friendly. The lady who brought the order was very kind and understanding. Maybe in time it will get easier.

Confusing parking system. And if you get the wrong exit you head out on the wrong dual carriage way in the wrong direction. Have an exit strategy before heading out. You've been warned.
The new M&S shop and cafe is amazing! Try the iced latte in M&S without fail ?

Loved it! Had everything we needed and more. The staff in all the stores were very good, especially Yvonne in the M&S cafe.

Plenty of places to park with all the restaurants within a minutes walk. Couldn't see any bins around, so make sure to empty your car in Burger King!

There is plenty of space to park and get 4 hours car parking time but shoppers be warned if stevenage fc are playing at home you only have 90 minutes caring time it says in the small pint they will charge £100 for miss this so try to go on a non match day !!! Like today for existence Stevenage are playing wigan at home so its 90 minutes free car parking
