Dirty uncleaned tables. Only two staff working, neither of them were cleaning the tables. Also I'm ceoliac, there are NO choices for anyone gluten free! Wholly unacceptable! Shame on you Starbucks. Sort yourself out!

Flying vermin, dirty table! Automatic doors are not a good, allowing pigeons to fly in and out.

Nice people serving your coffee to start a great morning.--------The new furniture make the atmosphere look much betterDietary restrictions: Non dairy

Seemed like your nice enough standard Starbucks. There were 3 people in front to be served but after 10 minutes standing still, my eyes were drawn to several flies dancing on the pastries under the glass counter. I'd ordered a Too Good To Go surprise food bag but I'd rather cut my losses and I left without it.

Run by a group of adolescents who don’t concentrate and had to ask numerous times what you would like. Coupled with a till disaster by forgetting I paid cash (again a lack of concentration) unable to give change and becoming flustered. The change turned up eventually. In desperate need of an adult leader, not just a manager who manages to be there, behind their pass, as nobody seemed to know what each other were doing. That, was very evident.

Thursday last week I went to this starbucks and a nice young lady called Bridie served me a choclattey Latte. Not only was the drink lovely but the service was impeccible. My drink was ready quickly and the customer service was very good.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible

I ordered a drink and the staff did it another way. After I told them, they showed an unpleasant attitude toward

I was buying all the sweets and said it was for my partner’s birthday. The lovely lady also gave me chocolate medals as a gift from them too. My partner was really touched by that and the medals are actually very tasty. It was a rainy Friday evening after work, so they did really save me with the cakes and their positive attitude. Many thanks for that!

I've visited this shop a number of occasions and the average I had to wait for my order is 20min+.Especially if you are getting a simple drink like Americano, cappuccino, latte etc. I'd suggest trying another coffee shop. They are constantly out of something whether it's ice, cold brew or some syrup. The staff are working hard but it doesn't seem sufficient.Atmosphere is unpleasant possibly because it's Stevenage New town but we can definitely benefit from more frequent cleaning, organised line management and less shouting.

Called in for a quick coffee with my daughter. This is a small Starbucks but lots of outside seating. However due to being old, grumpy and disabled I wanted to sit inside. After bring in the queue for 10 minutes we eventually got to place our order and paid. I went to sit down so my daughter brought over our coffee and cake. I found one table, yes one that did not have any mess on it, all the others had cups and plates stacked up, people were even sitting at dirty tables just to get a seat! Coffee and cake were both good, but please Starbucks employ at least 1 more person per shift just to clear the tables if nothing else!

Wanted to grab a pastry before taking the train. Waited 5mins in the queue behind a group of deliveroo/ubereats arguing about their orders. 2 more arrived, pushed in and were spoken to immediately. This is basic customer service, at least acknowledge customers if you can't serve them immediately. I would have been their quickest and easiest customer of the day. Not good enough and will not be in a rush to return. Shoddy stuff.Go to Costa in the station, greeted with a smile, an apology for a 30 second wait despite being half the size of the Starbucks team.

Lovely staff, coffee and muffin ?

Overall, good. Didn't wait too long. We normally time starbucks. It's usually more than 10 mins for our two drinks even when no one else is queuing/waiting. But they were quick on this occasion. Having four staff members on helped, I guess.Didn't have food, but there was a good amount of cakes on display. The store was clean enough but looked a bit tired. But to be expected with a busy centre store like this one.
