The best fish and chips in town. The only shop my boys requests to have on fridays. Too bad though they removed mac and cheese from their menu but on the positive side added more options to choose from. Deffinitely a must.

A lovely early treat for Mother’s Day on the Saturday. The place was really busy but service was still spot on and speedy. My burger was delicious. Thank you to Scott and the team - see you all soon!

We booked a table of 6 for last Saturday. We were seated and served by Michelle.Michelle was brilliant. We had a lot of banter around the table and it was really lovely that she got the banter and got involved. Everything was 'luxurious 'The food was delicious. Didn't have to wait long at all. Everyone was happy.Drinks didn't take long to come out either.Had a great experience, very full and can't wait to return!Michelle, you're a star! Thanks for taking care of us.

Popped in for a bite to eat this afternoon and literally it was a bite; jacket potatoes were tiny, I had the jacket with pulled bbq chicken and the other meal was chicken and steak combo. The meals were tiny, both jackets were the size of a small fist, steak the same, the menu states that the meals came with signature coleslaw in reality just a bit of onion and cabbage grated....and all this for £50.00 plus 1 pineapple juice and lemon and 2 coffee. If the meals had been of a substantial size it would have been 5 stars all the way

Amazing food with lots of flavour, there's a nice amount of choices but not so many it's overwhelming and the portion sizes are perfect especially for the price. The service is amazing and the staff is lovely, never had to wait long for anything from being seated to the meals. The style of the restaurant creates a lovely atmosphere whether your in the conservatory or main area.Vegetarian options: Varied optionsDietary restrictions: Good varietyParking: Plenty of parking just for the resturant.Kid-friendliness: Somewhat kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible.

Friendly, helpful staff and great venue. Nice room for private events. I had a lovely vegan mushroom suet pudding. It was good to see wine marked as vegan as well as the food.Vegetarian options: Couple of vegan options on the menu clearly marked. One white wine marked as vegan on menu, didn’t check red or rose. Happy to make coffee with soya milk. No oat milk 2 Feb 2024

We visit fairly regularly and generally enjoy the food. Lots of seating areas in a fabulous setting. Staff are always welcoming and accommodating. The menu's good but could do with a bit of a change as it seem to have been the same menu for the last couple of years.

Lovely meal, very busy but service not impacted by that. Food was good would recommend. Was just a but miffed when we went to pay our bill as the waitress suddenly changed from being very friendly to annoyed for some reason and with quite a poor attitude, that was after leaving a tip as well, and no it wasn't a bad tip either. Wish we hadn't bothered leaving one!
