Been my local chippy for years and is still my favourite Fish and Chip shop in Stevenage. Good portion sizes, good quality. The Fish is always fresh and the batter crunchy. ( would always advise having your fish wrapped separate to your chips or the chips can make the batter soggy). Great service and always friendly. If I was to criticise anything I wish their batter sausages were the large ones rather than the small ones they do. But that’s a minor gripe as the batter sausages are still really good. So highly recommended. I’ve eaten at most of the Chippys in Stevenage and I still think this one is the best.

Our usual was closed so we gave this a go and it was awful. Chips were really greasy and soggy. The sizes were small as well. Sausage was nice though.

Horrible grease food over cooked needs refurbishment
Been here a couple of times but didn’t think much of the chips, they were a bit greasy. Might have been because it was quiet. Lots of reviews raving about the curry sauce but I thought it had a weird taste.

visited this chippy on fri 30/ 10/20 was visting m8s walking up the shops it looked dark and dirty BUT the food was stunning we took them home maybe 10 mins and thay were still pipping hot and the staff cudnt have been nicer and thats always a plus point
