My only complaint would be that there was a lot of noise coming from one room. They seemed to be engaged in an activity that seemed to be bringing them much joy. It only lasted a few minutes but was very loud. I had never seen Tring as a romantic destination until now.

Bed very soft beware! Free WiFi doesn't work unless you upgrade at £5 per night, hardly free. Impersonal check-in.

Can't fault it, it's as you expect and a bit more. Comfortable and relaxing.

Lovely and clean room, shower fantastic and staff
Terry Keeble
Godawful. Service extremely slow and the staff were either rude or indifferent. AVOID

We stay here regularly and never have a complaint. Staff are absolutely lovely both in the hotel and The Crows Nest. Will be back again very soon.

I recently had a less-than-satisfactory experience at Premier Inn Tring, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. I arrived at the hotel with high hopes but encountered several issues that left me frustrated.First and foremost, the lack of WiFi in this day and age is a significant drawback. I was there for a business trip and needed a stable internet connection. To my surprise, there was no WiFi available, and I was left in a rather inconvenient position. This forced me to cut my stay short and relocate to a different hotel in the area that could provide the essential connectivity I needed for work. What adds to my disappointment is the fact that, even after 10 days, I am still waiting for a refund for my shortened stay at Premier Inn Tring. The delay in processing the refund has caused additional inconvenience, and I haven't received any communication or apology from the hotel regarding this matter. In a world where customer service and guest satisfaction should be a top priority, this experience fell far short of my expectations. I had hoped for a seamless and comfortable stay, and I received neither the services I needed nor the prompt resolution of the issues I encountered.I believe it's crucial for Premier Inn Tring to address these shortcomings and improve their services, especially when it comes to providing essential amenities like WiFi. Timely communication and refunds for guests who've faced inconveniences should also be a top priority. All in all, my stay at Premier Inn Tring was marred by the absence of WiFi and a disappointing refund process. I hope that my feedback will prompt improvements and prevent future guests from facing similar issues.
One of the older Premier Inns and for the already low standard of Premier Inn this is on the lowest end. Rooms are old and dated but clean. Pretty small rooms with no place to put your suitcase. On a positive note it was very quiet.Common Premier Inn issues: no fridge on the room, no power outlets near the bed. No ice vending. The biggest issue with this place is the internet. The free wifi is not usable with a download speed of 0.2 mbs. The paid for "Ultimate" wifi, which claims to be good for streaming, has a download speed of whopping 1.4 mbs. And the signal comes and goes.No chance to stream videos, or open a website, or even do a voice call on WhatsApp.Staff comes up with different excuses like the signal is bad or they are working on it. But no refund offered.Come on Premier Inn, it is 2023 and reliable, fast internet is not an issue anymore. And if you make people pay for it, deliver it.....

Room was clean but shabby. Thermostat chipped. Bathroom door chipped all along bottom. Grouting in bath mouldy. Also we had room with connecting door.

Does what it says on the tin. Can’t fault the rooms for the price, good value. Staff in the restaurant rude and condescending except for the really nice guy that served us. Restaurant is tired and shabby.

Not bad foe an overnight stay, but it's not one of the better or newest.Rooms: Good and clean but old style Premier Inn.

We stayed one night here. They bedroom we were staying was upstairs, comfy beds. We had teas and coffee in our room. On check in the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Reception area was clean. The food next door was okay. Will visit here again
