I never review but I had to review this place! I had a long day, got on the wrong train and jumped off at letchworth to try and find something to eat. I found this spot right next to the station, which looked clean and had a 5 star hygiene review so I thought let’s go for it! I went in, and the place was super clean and the staff are so friendly - they took their time with me and were really kind. I loved how they were laughing and getting along really well too! The chicken fillet was so well cooked, really substantial and good quality, with a fresh bun, lettuce and mayo. The chips and chicken piece was delicious too - the chicken piece has such a nice crispy spiced coating, and the chicken is really good quality. I couldn’t get over how carefully and considerately they packed the meal, with sellotape to secure even! It warmed my heart after a long day and getting lost in the cold. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come here more often now that I’ve found this spot! Five stars, best chicken I’ve found since moving to Hertfordshire and quality is outstanding :)

I got the wrong train, it was late and I stumbled across this gem - they were so kind, cooked the food fresh and were so nice and kind. The food is so delicious, the chicken is SO TASTY and they packaged everything up so nicely too. The shop was super clean and the seats are upholstered so they were really comfy after a long day. The bun salad and mayo are really fresh and I really love the thought that went into the packaging, even sellotaping it up for me. Thank you all so much - going to come back to letchworth soon for the chicken alone!

I have visited this shop a few times now, with sometimes dining in and take-away on other days but everytime i go is an amazing experience. Firstly, the workers are really friendly, kind and notified me when my food was going to be ready. Me and my family absolutely love this dine in / take-away and it is a go-to area for our food. The chicken wings are absolutely amazing. They are perfect and crispy and delicious. I also ordered the barbecue wings which were delicious and tasty. The pizza's are possibly the best in letchworth! They have the perfect amount of everything, cheese, paste and it is tasty! The hot and spicy is our favourite! I also ordered the mozzarella sticks and onion rings and it was amazing! I also got a secoond box because my children loved them! I got my children the kids meal with a cheeseburger, fries and a drink and it is probably something my children love. For desert, i ordered milkshakes and they are really affordable!! I DEFINITELY recommend to eat at chicken and pizza lounge if you are looking for a tasty place to done in or take-away! I also added some photos i took at the shop when i last came.Kid-friendliness: Really nice to my children and talking and making jokes with them.

Both a woman and a man found it difficult to understand my requirements for my pizza. This was the first time we've used them and probably the last. I ordered a peace of chicken to try it which when home was it self good meat but a little to oily and the southern fried taste wasn't really as it should have been . The pizza looked good for presentation but something wasn't right about it. We're in our late 50's and know good from bad . The pizza was just warm on getting home which has never happened and we think the topping may have been put on previously cooked cheese tomatoe pizza . Maybe the oven temperature wasn't right.Again it wasn't disgusting but not as it should have been, so doubt we'll use them again. ??.

I don't even want to leave a star but it's the only way . I asked for chicken that was hit, seeing I ordered a pizza two weeks ago that turned up atone cold. The girl i the phone actually said "If You want hot food order elsewhere ". I am still waiting for my so called one and a half hours later and there has been no delivery and this is on a Thursday Night.Absolutely disgusting customer service and NOT ordering again - never ever!I actually worked here before the current guys took over and this is embarrassing!
