I have placed an order for two deals by accident where I wanted one. The store manager said he would contact head office and I would revive a voucher which I haven not received, also. Contacted the customer support and have not heard back. This is a week after the order. I have still not had my money refunded.

Couldn’t even place order past midnight, the app kept saying the store has closed but it was obviously open according to google and I phoned there to make sure, tried ordering through website and it took me to Hatfield store so cannot place orders online to this store.

Wow ...shocking......I order 55 minutes ago to receive a phone call now that my order was cancelled? .....and I'll receive my payment in my account in 5 working days? REALLY? WOWWWWW! SO WHY YOU CHARGE ME IF YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?......if I don't have my money in my account in the morning I will report it like fraud? Because it is? !!!!

Me and a couple of friends came here after a particularly heavy drinking session. I asked for a meat feast pizza. The offer was two for one so I got another. The pizza seemed to take ages to get done. I did not check the pizzas before we left. Unfortunately when we got back. I was shocked to learn that the pizzas had hardly any meat and we're smothered in veg. Not exactly the type of food you want to soak up the alcohol. They wasnt particularly great. I very much doubt I will go back. This was the backup plan as the other place we really wanted to go to had shut. Sad times.

My daughter placed an order here, but her App was set to an incorrect address. She phoned immediately to inform them, and they tried to tell her the food was already in the oven and couldn't be cancelled. Very nasty attitude towards her.

The worst experience... Ordered at 23:00, called an hour later to be told it's coming in 20 minutes due to driver delays. Called back at 00:30 and a new person had no idea about my order and claimed the driver will come pick it up soon and deliver it in 30 min lol. I had to cancel the order, it's a joke. The funniest thing is that the app then said the pizza is on the way and I could follow the driver make his way all the way to my place and drive back haha. Then it said "enjoy your food" hahaha

Placed 2 orders . 2 two different delivery address, receipts had the two different address's and two different order numbers , by the time the driver had gone backwards and forwards correcting the order everything was cold. By the way this was not a cheap order.

Took ages to deliver. When they did it was missing the garlic bread. Took an extra 50mins to redeliver the garlic bread. The original food was cold and not dominos standard. No apology, no rebate. Awful service on the phone and from the delivery driver.
