I just wanted to say a genuine thank you to Helen for looking after me and my rather sudden 'Food Intolerance' challenges! I mentioned why I hadn't been down to the cafe for a while (I was working out what I could eat) and the next day Helen had Gluten Free rolls and non-dairy porridge all sorted. They really do care on a whole new level :)
