Turned up on a hot busy day. The staff were all working extremely hard and were polite and friendly.The range of Gelato flavours was amazing. I tried their famous Henry Hippo with twister. Both blew my mind at how they tasted like the real thing. Portion size and price was what I'd expect to pay as it's all hand made by them.This is the best Gelato I've come across in Europe. Excited to go back to try some more flavours.Vegetarian options: Few vegan flavours on offerKid-friendliness: Lovely interior, great place for kidsWheelchair accessibility: Ramp at door, accessible toilets

Stumbled across this icecream shop after a walk around letchworth. Very high end Gelato and the owners were full of knowledge while chatting to them about all the different flavours they make and creations. Superb icecream (Gelato) the best I've tried in the UK

Surly staff, portions given depend on whether they like the look of your face and hugely over priced. Tables need wiping and the staff attitude overall dismissive and rude. Over rated because they have zero local competition.
