I am a regular customer at greggs but the worker there always rude and reckless, always giving me wrong orders, as of today also picked my order and gave me wrong order. People like this should not be working around serving, very bad customers service does not care about time and managers should disipline to be more respectful against customers. 9/12/2023

Been to many a Greggs for a coffee and a bite, but the one situated in 30 Stonehills, Welwyn Garden City was shocking. Odered hot drinks then told sorry no sugar - run out. then no stirrers in the container which was stained and filthy. When we sat down all tables were dirty and the rubbish bin was overflowing. Table stands had not been cleaned for weeks and filthy shop floor and underneath the fridges The place was quiet so no excuses, staff member to busy with his phone. Needs a through deep clean.

Been in the Welwyn Garden City shop twice this week. There are the same leaves and cobwebs in the corners of the shop, and under the display stand that the doughnuts go on, these were there on Monday, and still there on Friday. The shop is filthy, don't Greggs know how to use a broom, mop and bucket. The shop is filthy, don't they have area managers enforcing standards. Also why are staff handling money, and then making bacon rolls without either cleaning their hands or putting on plastic gloves. The staff here could learn a lot from the subway next door. Food handling hygiene is basic, cleaning the shop is a necessity. This shop is a disgrace and filthy dirty.
