I’ve rated the KFC in WGC as 1 star not because of 1 experience, but because of consistently poor service and quality of food. It is by far the worst kfc ive ever used. Doesn’t matter how many chicken pieces you order, always get a pile of chicken legs. No breast, no thigh, just drumsticks, a wing if you’re lucky.Sounds an easy problem to solve..However when you specifically ask for no drumsticks, the horror on their faces, the attitude and rudeness. The chicken is the dryest, poor quality, (sat there all day).The service is as if I have inconvenienced them.Conned again this evening, so the staff and management can serve bones instead of meat.

We popped in for a bargain bucket while we were out looking at the Christmas lights. It was expensive, but they all are these days. The main thing was that the food was good, the place was clean and the staff knew what they were about. That is surprisingly rare in KFCs these days. The disabled toilets left a bit to be desired but you can't have everything - it seems. I still like those chairs with the neck tie bracket on the back.

I don’t know what happened to the food quality here as it used to be alright but now it’s gone drastically downhill. The chicken is always dodgy and hard to chew and the coating on chicken strips soggy , soft and bland. I gone back 3 times since the first bad experience hoping it would change but it’s only getting worse , I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

It was a complete letdown from start to finish, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.First off, the service was shockingly poor. The staff members seemed careless and disengaged, paying little attention to customers and their needs. Not only were they slow in taking orders, but they also got them wrong multiple times. It was frustrating to see such incompetence and lack of attention to detail.Moving on to the food, it was far from satisfactory. The chicken was overcooked and dry, lacking the juiciness and tenderness that one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain. The flavor was bland and uninspiring, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. Even the side dishes, such as the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, were lackluster and tasted like they had been prepared hours before.Moreover, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were highly questionable. The dining area appeared dirty, with greasy tables and floors that hadn't been properly cleaned. It was an uncomfortable environment that made me question the overall sanitation practices of the restaurant.To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant for the quality of food received. Paying a premium for subpar food is simply unacceptable. There are countless other fast-food options available that offer better quality at more reasonable prices.Overall, my experience at KFC left me incredibly dissatisfied. The poor service, lackluster food, questionable cleanliness, and high prices make it impossible for me to recommend this particular KFC location. It was a regrettable visit that has certainly discouraged me from returning in the future.

I LOVEEE KFC, but this kfc is honestly quite bad… If you order online, they normally forget something from your order, and sometimes they take WAYY too long (even if you’ve just order 4 hot wings…), so if you really want the best service, just go in store.

Nice staff who get quite a bit of grief from some customers! I do wish people would clear their trays into the bin!The ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken. I told staff to call their head office they say they do but head office ignores them! Update: the coffee machine doesn't work and they said they are removing it. So NO icecream and NO coffee available at WGC KFC.

this kfc at welwyn garden city is full of arrogant staff. the staffs are so rude and ignorant. they always come across sad and aggressive. they are so unhygienic half of them pick their nose while serving customers. they have a member of staff named "Bailey nash". he needs some training on customer service and his behavior. he keeps telling everyone "if you don't like it why do you come here" as if he owns the place. the reviews here explains it all. rude staff unhygienic ways of handling food. KFC needs to look at employing some staff that cares about their brand. seriously its a joke.Kid-friendliness: staff needs to act in a professional manner and treat customers with respect rather than pretending that they don't care about their job.
