Absolutely foul, ordered a double sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin with no cheese. No egg a bacon roll no ketchup two pineapple sticks, a chocolate chip cookie and a sugar doughnut.What I got was a double sausage and egg cheese McMuffin with cheese with egg told them this. They refused to change it saying that the manager said they were not changing it. Then the bacon roll had ketchup told them about that they said they not changing that either got told they have no sugar doughnuts, so you’re gonna have to have a different dessert ended up with another cookie which we didn’t actually want the hot chocolate that my partner had with her meal was stone cold bearing in mind, I only live two minutes from the store and the hash brown that came with the double eggs, sausage and cheese McMuffin, hard and cold like they’ve been cooked since 7 o’clock this morning and just left there used to be really nice here but now it’s absolutely foul don’t recommend anyone comes here staff act like they care but they don’t really care at all the next question was what would u recommend NOT THE FOOD only thing I liked was the iced drink and to top all that off they had no coffee after I told them that it was ment to not have egg or cheese she walked and spoke to her manager before I could say another word rude or what

Food is cheap ofc, it's mcdonalds but jesus christ if you walk in it takes forever, they heaaaavily prioritise the drive through and the deliveroo/uber eats people over the people who walk in, it's atrocious.Took 30 minutes + still got the order wrong.

Layla and Harry are amazing workers! They were very kind and lovely and had my orders ready within a 1 minute time radius especially when they are busy! They are amazing staff and deserve extra credit!
Play area worryingly dangerous. Went after a party today to feed the kids and 5 of the kids fell on the slippy red surface. One of them cracked their head open. Time to resurface to something with more grip? Weather conditions were bright and crisp. No rain.

manager should be embarrassed if this is the standard their staff are working at.. ordered once and the whole order wrong, deliveroo resent the order, when the new order comes items are still missing AND all the fries were just thrown in a bag with no containers? Gross and disappointing, not sure why I bother with this

Milkshakes have been out of stock all times of day for at least the past 2 weeks, no sign up anywhere mentioning a reason for this long term issue. Service is always fairly slow here and items forgotten. Much better off driving just up out of Baldock to the one at Extra Services near Radwell.
