Very happy with taste of food and portions of our meals and service was just great! Very happy we will return again soon!

Avoid at all costs .. wait for drinks is disgusting , so many things out of stock , got sat at a dirty table ! Had to go and get someone to take our order then HE WAS RUDE .. managers do not care... I’d highly recommend macdonalds down the road ... this place Needs a warning put on the front door

Went with my mum but access was poor with high steps in front. This is no good for the disabled at all! The food and service were very good, not badly priced at all for a meal for two but the pot of tea was overpriced. I had the Vesuvius Pizza which was cooked to perfection with gorgeous tasty, crunchy/chewy dough base. I've never had a better pizza anywhere. Superb.

I think we witnessed the same shambolic service as the reviewer below. Our 8 o’clock booking was put back to 8:15 but we then waited for 30 mins before anyone came to take our order. Unfortunately the waitress was sobbing and was very upset and we felt so sorry for the young girl that we didn’t want to complain however we then waited a further 30 mins before we received our drinks. The food came out with a cold pasta main course which I had to return but the 2 managers seemed unaware of the poor service and one of the chefs brought me out my replacement dish. The kitchen staff appeared to be having a stand up argument over the course of the evening with the managers who seemed incapable of taking the issues to a less public area to sort out. On the whole the food was ok but it will be a while before we return and Prezzo really need to get this site sorted out urgently

Firstly, a positive, the food here is always good. Everything else is an absolute horror show, all due to bad management. We saw waiting staff in tears, waiters going home early, cooks leaving the kitchen to argue with the senior team, customers hugging staff in clear distress and a 2h 15 minute meal for pizza!! I have never seen such a badly run restaurant which is a shame as the product is great! The staff are happy to leave dirty tables at the front of the restaurant for over an hour, creates an impression of what you will get to be fair. Go for the food and the chances are you will get a cabaret thrown in for free!!

It was ok! Looked short staffed as staff appeared to be under pressure hurriedly rushing around to get various orders fulfilled. Pleasant manager(ess) took us to our table. Took starters and mains order. Then took our drinks order that was promptly delivered. Starters were delivered in a timely manner and then the wait for Main course, that was some time coming. A Second drinks order was taken but was not delivered. The whole service seemed perfunctory. Unfortunately no instances of great service to report. It was ok!

Came here as a small family group to mark grand-daughter's birthday. With a 7:00 booking the restaurant was fairly quiet when we arrived. Service was prompt and friendly (but I do wish they wouldn't refer to us all as "guys"). Personally I don't think much of the menu as most dishes have spices of one sort or another - so my choice is limited. The children had dishes from the main menu and actually found them "hotter" (spicier) than they would like and so left bits & pieces. Overall the meals were satisfactory - portions being quite generous. The most obvious negative here is the price of soft drinks.

The food (when it turned up was quite good) I visited this restaurant on Wednesday evening at 6pm, i arrived at appx 17:45 and had to wait for appx 5 mins before being seated, as there were no staff at the front desk. The service went downhill from there. My parents arrived about 20 mins later and tried to tell the Manager that they were meeting me, but the Manager would not take any notice of them. They then spotted where i was sitting and were then seated with me. The Manager had a very bad attitude and came across as very rude. My Parents had to wait 15 minutes after being seated to receive the drinks they had ordered, we then had to wait appx 1 hour after ordering our food for that to arrive. The food when it did arrive was quite nice. We have been to this Restaurant before and have never had any problems. I think that i will wait until the New Year before going back there.

I feel really bad as we were asked to fill out a discount code and I forgot to keep the receipt so I am coming on here to make up for it! We went for dinner on 22nd October. We were seated quickly by a friendly waiter who said food would be a 15-20 minute wait - which was fine and at least we were told. It did take a while to get our order taken - I think judging by a convo between the waiting staff we had been forgotten but after that service was really smooth. We had the garlic bread with mozzarella, pizza bites, lasagne and mushroom pizza, all of which were lovely. We had a taste card so got a discount on the meals, but prezzo also do lots of deals if you’re signed up. The staff were really friendly - a lovely evening.

Took my eldest here for a quick pizza before a movie. Very nice and helpful staff and explained as soon as we got in that they were a little stretched so may take a while. I do really appreciate this type of honesty as if we were pressed for time we could have gone elsewhere. As it happens we had plenty of time. Ordered our food and whilst it was nice it just was not very tasty so a little disappointed but there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. Overheard a few people mention discount codes so quickly searched on my phone and found one which after checking with the front desk they were happy to accept. So if you want a quick pizza served by nice people then look no further Enjoy

This will definitely be our last visit !! The restaurant was dirty with tables not being cleaned. The service was very slow with several people complaining. Our waitress was lovely and kept apologising for the delay. The food we had was good and worth the money , however waiting nearly an hour for it wasn't good at all. We won't be returning.

Drinks order was initially incorrect. Then when we asked to order more drinks, the waiter said he would return to our table to take our order but didn't. Tried again & the same waiter then took a phone call. Was told 'he has told me but I'm on the phone' when I caught his attention again. Had to get up, to find own cutlery. My pizza was very ordinary - very dry.
