A lovely Italian restaurant overlooking a lake with swans and boats. Appears to be very popular, and the food did not disappoint. Staff are fantastic providing excellent service with a smile! Carpark is available onsite, but remember to register when placing your order.

The food was absolutely delicious. i had the calamari starter with a lamb cutlet main, and my wife had the minestrone soup starter and the bolognese, very friendly staff, and good service. We visited for a birthday party, and the owners were very accommodating. There was some confusion when it came to splitting the bills, but overall, we would recommend visiting the restaurant for some really good food.Vegetarian options: Baked aubergineParking: Parking is paid for but you cam register your vehicle with the restaurant to avoid paying parking fees

Gem of a restaurant. Proper Italian food with great service and ambient. Will happily drive 15mins to eat here as nothing comes close to this in St Albans. The scallopa milanese is a favourite!

Four of us eat dinner on a Tuesday evening. The service was warm, friendly and efficient. The food was very good. I had prawns followed by liver and finished with apple pie. All the food was very tasty. Good value for money in bright pleasant surroundings with on site parking.

We went for a friend's birthday and it was just amazing..the food the service location and the atmosphere...the owner is really great his very pleasant and offers lemoncello chocolates after your food..just nice..the portions are of food are good...I recommend Terranova 100 percent...the owner also has a coffee shop next to the restaurant you get coffees ice-cream and amazing hot dogs..it's next to lake it's lovely...tiina YlinenParking: There is lots of place to park

Well what to say!?4 of us went for my mums 70th early seating, 6:30Very welcoming from the off polite but warm . Service was fantastic from all 3 people that served us . Very attentive but not in your face . Very helpful with any questions and changesFood was fantastic all 4 starters and mains were on point . Really goodNot ridiculously priced either I. Comparison to other restaurants where we would of spent the same money Terranova blew them out the waterAll round was a fantastic evening and very busy by the time we left . Why have I not been there for the last 20 odd years , will be visiting again soon staff and food 5 starParking: Just give your registration upon arrival and parking is free
