Went here for the first time yesterday and was hugely impressed. The food was excellent and worthy of any five star restaurant, and the service was absolutely superb. Sadly l didn't ask the name of our server, but she was totally attentive and very helpful. Went for my daughter’s 15th birthday with my family and had a the loveliest time.All the staff very welcoming and accommodating. Was easy to prebook and order all the meals and was very relaxed and enjoyable meal.

Met three friends here for lunch and the food was fab. Two Niçoise salads, one roasted vegetable salad and a penne pasta d’Aqua prawn dish. Waitress was lovely, all in all a great venue and it was a nice cool meeting place on one of the hottest days of the year. Well Done Aqua!

The waitress was so rude to a lady at a table a few metres away from us. If you have a conversation with a customer, keep your voice down, we don’t all need to hear, especially if you’re being horrible to customers. We only need ate there as friends had booked a table but won’t be returning.

Sadly, not great. Had heard a lot about this restaurant and was recommended by family. A prawn starter was mushy, likely frozen, which was not overly pleasant. The goats cheese mushroom was OK but the balance of ingredients was way off. Our mains were not enjoyable. The chicken linguine had an overbearing taste of soy sauce, which made it similar to a chow mein. The spaghetti bolognaise looked good but was overbearingly sweet and left a bad after taste. The cazone was cold in parts. The tables and decor was very worn, which could be solved with simple table cloths or similar. We were told the soy flavour was truffle which if so, was not right for the dish and the bolognaise had too much sugar in it. Not an ingredient expected in this dish. We also had booking notes for a birthday which were ignored. Sorry to say we won't want to return but wish them the best and hope some simple improvements can be made to ensure repeat custom.

Really good food and wonderful friendly staff. Tuna starter was fantastic and their Aqua prawns and pasta dish is wonderful. Great value too.

we have been here many times over the years. the staff even know what we will order before we even open our mouths. we came here last month and the usual dish (linguine de pollo) was delicious yet the cheesy garlic bread was paper thin - i hope this is not a permenant change. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming. The food is always good and very reasonably priced. My daughter always has the spaghetti bolognaise and the portion is huge. I do believe they have changed chef's but we will always return for a good pasta dish.

We went there twice. Dinner and breakfast. First time as we were new in the village, second time out of desperation as we couldn't get in elsewhere and were starving. Everything about this place is wrong. Looks old and tired, not properly clean. Service was shocking on both occasions. Dinner very average, breakfast awful. And my partner felt sick afterwards. And been told the owner takes the tips too ? Now, I'd rather grab cheese toastie and coffe in Simmons and eat it on the bench over the river.

Service is great. Food is just amazing scallops in black garlic and mushrooms sauce just to die for. I had beef and my wife had Gorgonzola burger, both were just amazing. Highly recommend sides - salad and fries in truffle sauce.
