My daughter ordered chicken korma, the chicken was under cooked.

The staff were very pleasant, the restaurant itself was clean and well presented and the service was good. However the food was poor quality. I like Indian food and this wasn't Indian food. The curry was sweet, I actually almost asked if they had mixed up the salt and sugar, but even the naan was sweet. There was no real taste to anything , all quite bland. I was disappointed, I ordered tikka masala and it had less spice and taste than the microwave version I buy at the supermarket.

This order was a take away .£79. 001hour 15 minutes later food arrived only tepid warm , poorest portions ever . Tikka masala has 4/5 portions of Chicken per serving . I rand up to complain and was asked to ring tomorrow as they were extremely busy and they did not have the time to deal with my complaint . So much for custom satisfaction . The portions were swimming in sauce , quite tasteless , very over priced . Will defiantly not recommend or buy from this company again .I was offered a refund if I rang back in 24 hours .

I mean I knew it wasn’t going to be great but this was just sad. Moved to the island recently and was excited to see a local halal Indian, yes I was expecting Indian takeaway food but this was more depressing than I expected. The texture of the meat was strange, the lamb was rubbery and hard, the chicken pieces in the curry were the same microwaved rubbery ones from the shashlik (you could see the skewer holes). The curry sauces were quite bland but overly salted. Although we did ask them to make it extra spicy and they did. The naan was tough and chewy. And to top it all off the gentleman on the phone taking the order was quite dismissive and short.Just wanted to try it the one time but know now to try elsewhere.

Tucked away in almost a side street, this restaurant is a must to visit. We had the set meal for 2 which was more than enough to eat. The food was of good quality and highly recommended.

Collected a takeaway for the family en route to our holiday cottage. Very poor quality curries. Hardly any meat and watery sauce.

Excellent service and food was very good and tasty. We had the set meal for 2. This restaurant doesn’t have an alcohol license, which we didn’t know about, but this wasn’t a problem as the Co-op was still open so hurried along to buy some beer. The restaurant staff willingly offered bottle opener and glasses. Thank you.

My husband and I enjoyed our takeaway - vegetable samosas and saag aloo were really nice. Only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because we ordered one chicken and one vegetable curry and they were mainly sauce - very thin on the "fillings" and the sauces were a little runny but would happily order again regardless.

The lady in the lobby was lovely but the other person couldn’t care much for customer service - really rude chap. Mixed tandoori was okay but the lamb was hard, couldn’t bite into most of it. Avoid egg fried rice - tasted like raw tumeric mixed with rice so went straight into the bin.Restaurant didn’t have any cutlery in their take away. Given they knew we had a ferry to catch they could’ve mentioned this at the beginning - it’s really a deal breaker when you order rice. It was a nightmare to convince my hungry kids to eat naan instead. Well, ended up having to search other places for cutlery which could’ve been avoided. Overall not worth it.

The food was okay but my lamb boona was not spicy at all and not as soft as I would expect. Customer service was amazing and chicken jalfrezi was really nice with some Mr Naga so I advise you to order this and rice and you will enjoy it. Unfortunately they don't have high chair but otherwise lovely environment and kind staff who will try to help or fix things.
