I have spent some time on this park and I cannot recommend this place. I have seen fighting at the club house and whenever I went in felt uncomfortable. Every bit of open space they had that made the site feel open has been replaced with a caravan or lodge and felt overcrowded. If you are going to buy ensure you visit first to get a feel. A lot of the staff were very rude and abrupt and I would definitely not recommend.

I had some bad comments & some good comments, more good than bad & since found out all the good comments were true and I don’t believe the bad ones. There is always two sides to every story. I would give John a 12 out of 10. My lodge is gorgeous. You can see it on C47 and I would always be happy to talk to anyone who wants to know about my experience here. I love it and so doesn’t sister, daughter and grandchildren. Fairway is a jewel on the Isle of Wight.
I’m not too sure about a couple of the false reviews I have read. Seems to be lots of good too. We bought a caravan in January. We have moved in and met a lot of great people on Fairway. We have been enjoying Fairway for many years as holiday makers and are now so happy we have financed our own. The office staff; Johnny & Josh have always made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this park and your welcome to meet us and other owners which will vouch for their many years of ownership on this beautiful park.

My partner and I bought £100k new lodge from fairway. At first everything seemed okay. We should have looked at a few more sites before buying from these crooks. Everything Johnny does is to make money off of the backs of the residents so he can drive flash cars and feel like the big man he definitely isn’t. Many people’s lives have been turned upside down by buying at Fairway. I imagine if you are just there on holiday it’s okay, but as a lodge or caravan owner you have NO RIGHTS WHATSOEVER. You will have NO SECURITY and most likely at some point if you do or say anything JOHNNY doesn’t like you be served with a 28 day notice to leave the site. Literally, that is JOHNNY’S business plan. Sell you a dream at full price, then evict you, give you 25% of the value of your caravan and sell it on to another person. I HAVE SEEN IT HAPPEN NUMEROUS TIMES. Please don’t give them your hard earned money. We were lucky and left, but still lost £50k. Many others left with little or nothing. Buyer beware.
