The food is always lovely and the service is always great. However have visited twice yesterday(5.30pm) and today just before 4.00pm to find no hot food being served. Not great when you have brought your 84yr old mum who isn't steady on her feet and has dementia with you. ? So 5 stars for everything but minus 5 for unreliability two days running!

Fantastic shop, lots of products, all excellent quality. Visited the cafe with my son, the food was delicious, not too busy so not waiting long. Recommend visiting the cafe if you are here. There are also toilets as well as a collection box for friends of the animals charity.

Cheap breakfasts but poor quality. Best part of the breakfast was the toast with LurpackButter and the Hash Browns. Sausages tasteless, mushrooms and tomatoes tasteless. Cheap baked beans and tasteless. Bacon wafer thin. Coffee machines not working. I would rather pay more and have better quality. Come on Morrison get your act together and get those coffee machines working. My guess is that the workers are too lazy to clean them, hence they are not working.

Firstly staff had no interaction pointed to machines that do all there work. Scrambled egg microwaved resembled rubber tasteless sausage likewise tomatoes tasteless and hard no English mustard would of helped with the blandness just a shambles they should not be in the business of catering worst experience of this kind stick to groceries

Came here for breakfast whilst we were staying in the Premier Inn down the road. There was a good selection of breakfast items from a full English to porridge. I had the poached eggs and advacardo on toast. The eggs were really tasty and still runny.Food came really quickly and was good value. There was loads of seating and the cafe was very clean.

Again badly let down in Morrisons Lake. Tea and a full English was all we wanted. Asked for the teas first she rang them up and pointed to the machines. Then added the 2 full English, she rang them up and then said, it's an hour wait for breakfast. Unbelievable. We walked away obviously. Another low achieved by Morrisons. I went to the customer service area to talk to the manager about this and oddly no one there. Surprised, not at all.

Don't think the new cafe is as good as the old one and the last few meals I recently had here were really poor. Came in few days ago and ordered poached egg on toast which looked nothing like the picture on the menu which was 2 slices of french bread with avocado and poached eggs. I basically wanted the same but without the avocado. The lady who served me said it would be 2 slices of white toast so I asked if I can have it on french bread like the one on the menu and she said no they only have white or brown sliced bread so asked for brown bread as it appeared I didnt really have much choice here. When it arrived it looked more like 2 very small boiled eggs on bland looking brown bread and the yolk was not soft like poached eggs should. This is such a simple meal so how can they get that so wrong. Also the veggie breakfasts always come warm but on a cold plate so you either have to shovel it down or take it back to be heated up which I don't like having to do, especially when it's every time I order it. Also can't believe its gone up from £4.99 to £6.99 and portion still the same which includes only one small mushroom, there should be at least a handful to justify the extra £2. Can the manager please sort this out as there are lots of bad reviews about the food and the service and with a star rating of only 3 it just about says everything really. Think will go elsewhere from now on, very poor standard indeed ??☹️

What can I say about this £7 breakfast other than utterly terrible, but I'll try...The bacon looked like it had been cooked on a radiator that hadn't been turned on yet.The fried egg looked as though it had been thrown across the kitchen to get the true obliterated effect and then cooked on the same radiator.Beans were like you'd left a can of them out in a snowstorm and then dumped into a small bowl.Hashbrown was bland, imagine a care homes beige wallpaper, it was the equivalent in food.Sausage was clearly from the Morrisons saver range, however I'm sure my dog would've loved them.Mushroom was nice though. All else I can say is, if you're looking for a breakfast in Lake, just walk 2 minutes up the road and go to Ritchies Diner.

Nice breakfasts. Much better than expected. Affordable and good quality ingredients.

I’ve had the small breakfast a couple of times and i think it’s good value for money. Next time i plan on trying the roastie and the bangers and mash with peas and gravy, it looks good on the menu! The ladies who work there in Lake are very friendly and happy, which is always nice to see!…thank you!

Terrible bacon was cold the last time I visited tried it again thought it was a one off . Poached eggs on toast with bacon cold again took it back unhelpful non caring staff in the kitchen. They leave the food under the lamps for ages and not cooked to be hot . Will never eat their again will be recommending to anyone I know not toEat the floor was covered in old food under the table . They never have the items advertised not the bread stated but have it in the supermarket waste of money.
