The food was amazing, good service, very attentive. My only issue was the fact that every other table had a customer with a dog. I really don't feel that appropriate for an eating establishment. Firstly the table next to is had their dog on their lap which then went on their table (was a small terrier dog). A table over the way from us, the dog was begging for food and had its paws up on the table plus it kept wondering out from their group (was on a lead). My daughter is absolutely terrified of dogs and was scared to go past it to go out to use the toilets. When you have to deal with a child who doesn't like dogs at all and you're faced with a restaurant full of them, it really spoilt what was meant to be a lovely family lunch out. I really don't understand the need to bring a dog into a restaurant, it's unhygienic and not everybody likes them! Shall I bring my pet rat next time? Actually, there won't be a next time, as the dog issue has put us off from returning. Which is a shame as The Garlic Farm used to be one of my favourite places to eat and visit.

Good morning me and a party of 5 have just had just a very garlicky breakfast with hot drinks. What lovely fresh food from a local shop/restaurant and to be in a lovely atmosphere that is a bit different from anywhere else on the island.Good value being fresh produce. The friendly staff and service was on par like no other had an amazing time here & we will be back at a later date.Have recommended it to family and friends and work colleagues.

Great place. Attentive staff even though it was busy. Plenty of options for garlic lovers and vampires. You should try the Vanilla and Black Garlic sundae

Who would have thought that a garlic farm would be so enjoyable for both young and old. A true gem that is very tourist friendly, free to park and enter!Very spacious farm area with an amazing store selling not only fresh garlic, but also smoked and cured - a delicious black garlic. A large tasting station with a selection of assorted garlic purees, chutneys and salsas was freely available. There was an unbelievable assortment of garlic containing/ flavored products including ale as well as garlic themed merchandise. Our favorites were large green olives stuffed with garlic. We unfortunately did not have time to go to the fields, so we walked briefly around the restaurants and yard, admiring the lovely autumn decorations. In addition to all this, there was a fenced field with friendly goats wanting a head scratch, a donkey further out. This farm is definitely a must visit for everyone!

Visited on a Friday afternoon for lunch, which I had booked. Plenty of parking. We had a little walk first as we have a dog. Dogs are welcome in the restaurant. Popped in the shop bought some garlic products. Lunch was ok, service was slow, the staff seemed a bit overrun. Food and drinks were decent. Had a walk around the grounds, beautiful weather.

Wow what a place! A group of 15 of us booked out all of the Yurts so that we would have the communal area to ourselves which was a huge selling point. The Yurts themselves are incredible and you can tell no expense was spared when kitting out the place. We loved the little touches from hot water bottles on beds to free samples from the farm shop.. it was all these bits that made it stand out In the communal area there was a hugeee BBQ perfect for us all and a table which fit 15 perfectly, enough logs to keep us going for the weekend and fridges galore for the volume of prosecco we brought. The team were amazing, loved the ease of self check in and we even had silent disco equipment delivered before we arrived which they had set out for our arrival. We also went to breakfast on the last day at their restaurant and it was amazing, made even better by the discount we received to due staying on site.I honestly couldn't recommend this place more, driving in the whole field and set up blows your mind... social media pics and their website does not do it justice! We had the best hen weekend and I truly believe the biggest highlight was the accomodation, there's no doubt in my mind we'll be back!

I visited garlic farm and restaurant after reading and seeing reviews in Google and YouTube.. We had garlic bread , monkfish Scampi and pulled beef burger and for drinks I had Isle of Wight farm fresh tomato juice which was really refreshing drink and raspberry with lemonade spritzer. Food was good quality and decent quantity as well. Staff were warm and welcoming. We also tried garlic chocolate ice cream-which tbh didn't get much garlic flavour. We really liked garlic bread which had good garlicky flavour. We also walked around farm , they do have farm tours for 5 pounds. It's good place to explore if travelling to Isle of Wight.

We visited The Garlic Farm recently after a friend recommended it to us as a must on our visit to the island. We are so pleased we visited this lovely family run farm, it’s a real hidden gem and a beautiful day out and actually very educational. The tractor tour is a must, very interesting to hear about the farm and how they harvest the garlic, they also give you tips on how to grow your own garlic. We had lunch in the restaurant which was delicious, lovely service from our waitress, overall a very pleasant dining experience.Make sure you visit the shop and try all the varieties of garlic, we of course purchased different types of garlic. This farm is an absolute must on your places to visit on the island.

Great for young kids as there’s peacocks and chickens. The garlic is amazing and fantastic for presents. We always get the garlic beer as gifts !

The place to go if you’re a fan on garlic. Famous garlic farm with a restaurant a gift shop/ farm shop. There’s also some kids okay equipment and tractor rides. It’s not a bad spot to stop at on your drive across the island but not much here to keep kids interested for long. The farm/gift shop is very expensive.

Did not expect much from this place but must say it was worth the visit. Excellent customer service. Pleasant smiling staff. Lot of tasty food and drinks options. Beautiful location with a nice kids play area. Also a small shop for fresh produce.
