“Nice place to visit on a relaxing afternoon for a couple of pints with some friends. Sit outside on a warm day, where the sun beats down on the front of the pub.
The atmosphere is relaxed with no one in a mad rush.
The landlord is a nice chap. Very friendly, and rather funny and quick witted.
I had a prawn cocktail and some chunky chips, both of which were simple but tasty.
Drinks are expensive but you can't have it all.
