Ordered a takeaway on line. Good menu with lots of choice, a good order experience that was easy to navigate and understand. My food was ready when I arrived to collect. A very polite, friendly lady, at the counter, welcomed me and brought my order from the kitchen. Onto the main event. Very tasty food no faults apart from onion bhajis a little over done but overall excellent food very reasonably priced, I will return soon. I am 63 years young, well travelled and experienced foodie, eating curry and Asian food before I was a teenager, in fact food from all over the world, thanks to an adventurous mum and dad.

Edit: this review was for when aji was just serving japanese food, i sadly cannot recommend the indian food, after two orders of the same meals both arrived unrecognisable from each other within only weeks of each other. One (most recent) was inedible.Amazing authentic food, would be better if available desserts matched the quality and authenticity of the main food and weren't just prefrozen cakes and sorbets.... japanese sweets would be amazing and a far better end to a meal!

Arrived from the boat in Dover needing food. Ashford was deserted, but I was directed here by Google maps. The restaurant was empty, but the owner was so friendly.The food was absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

An overall brilliant experience! Came here with my family and really enjoyed it. The service was 100% one of the best I’ve experienced; our waitress Kia was lovely, super cheerful and happy to help with anything. The food was amazing. Would really recommend

Waited for 2 hours. Food still not arrived. No answer on phone any more after saying it would be 15 mins (1h30m ago). No apology and awful Comms.
Just had a takeaway and must say it's one of the best I've had in a long time definitely be ordering again.
Love the food also the service is absolutely outstanding.
