Ordered 2x Tropical Mango Bubble Frappé for delivery and this is what was made and delivered. No straws included.I don’t know what these are, they’re definitely not what I ordered. For safety sake we didn’t bother drinking it.Absolutely appalling! They went down the drain.

Ordered 4 coffees. From ordering to waiting for the drinks seemed to take a long time. Other customers who ordered well after us getting served first. No other customers seemed to know which drink was theirs, we all just had to guess. Our group were given the completely wrong order. Had to eventually rush for our train so couldn’t wait for the correct drinks. Absolute chaos, no management, no organisation.

Absolutely useless place you arrive at 3.20 and they cannot serve closing at 4pm not the later time stated on opening hours .thus is the second month had same problem so I had to go to Starbucks about time they sorted place out or shut it down

The two girls who served are so horrible. The shop looks very untidy and cake looks old. I will never go back there.

Me and my friends often come there for coffee but weve noticed that those two girls serving are very rude . And always looks angry. Never smiled and really horrible.

Ordered a hot chocolate and a cake, told the man I am southeastern staff, so should get a 10% discount. After the transaction, he told me he forgot to apply the discount, so he is going to give the person after me a free cake? (Not the first time this same person has 'forgotten' my discount). When I left with my hot chocolate I opened it and the cup was literally about half full. Absolutely shocking experience.

Both toilets closed. Terrible Needs to be more customer friendly Don’t think the staff are well trained Sad about toilets. Spoilt my trip

Pretty rubbish at getting the orders right. Ordered a delivery order comprising of 1 x Red Summer Berries (wasn't on delivery), 1 x Hot Chocolate with Caramel Syrup (no Syrup) and 1 x Skinny Latte (this had the Syrup in which I hate). I do appreciate the alternatives they sent us in relation to the food but it would have been nice to have the right drinks. I have tried calling them on two different numbers but one doesn't get answered and the other is constantly engaged.

They have teamed up with the train station to offer the nation's favourite coffee shop, locally to where ever you maybe standing. I recommend you pop in before your train journey as sometimes train journeys can be boring so why not having something exciting to keep you engaged. There baristas are waiting to handcraft your favourite coffee for you and serve it with some of our delicious food. Just in time for your train departure. That’s surely how i experienced it on journey last week

Popped in here for a after 8 mocha. Told me they did not do it. To which I replied...you do as I have had it at every other outlet I have been to. This made the staff a little angry. Because I presume they had another button on the till to press. I then went to pay and told me they did not accept my money as it said bank of Scotland on it. I said that every other shop I had been in that morning did not have an issue as all had accepted the money. The spotty chimp making the coffee with no mask on behind the counter came across and promptly said . "I'm acting manager and I am not accepting it" I was firstly surprised that he masterd evolution let alone string a sentence together. We are now in a lovely cafe round the corner who have gladly accepted my money.
