I'd say that, for a Wetherspoons, this is one of the best locally. Clean, tidy, relatively quiet for a lunchtime. It's very spacious and has a lovely ambience.The usual great value food and drink on offer - makes for a very pleasant visit.
Wetherspoons. There for lunch last Tuesday midday. Ordered a nice gourmet burger with an alcoholic drink and a chicken bbq panini with chips for a meal whilst at work with soft drink. Total price c. £15. Meal was served at my table in good time and was of very good quality and taste. Service came with an honest smile as was the check to see if all was OK. Have been here for lunch several times now and have never been disappointed.

Glad to have been back. Good pricey meals & drinks. One of the cosiest Spoons pubs I know! Bravo how they filter under age teens from entry unable to proof their age. Rotten how they can leave the most negative feedback on Tripadvisor uncensored!
