This takeaway is truly magnificent and very good staff. It made me feel at home and it was beautifully prepared with plants as the decor. The food was amazing. The sweet and sour chicken tickled my throat and the sauce dripped down my throat. The texture was so crisp on outside yet so soft, tender and juicy in the inside. One of the best Chinese in ashford in my opinion. The only 2 things I would critique on is there is no website for delivery. I don’t like sharing my bank details over the phone and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I got a fraudulent charge a while back and I might have been to do with this. 3rd-party listening in on phone calls etc.

Food was up to standard, arrived fairly quickly. However I found the customer service over the phone to be rather rude and dismissive. Also had to phone again as no one offered that we could pay over the phone after we had said we had cash, the call was abruptly ended. Not friendly. Overall I’d say an average experience.
