KFC app is linked with Deliveroo and when KFC forgot to add the wings to the order they told me to take up with Deliveroo (even though I ordered through KFC app). Staff was rude and said they will add it to my next order, even though I told them I don't have food now since the rest was for my kids. Deliveroo had no intention to pick up the remainder of the order and will only refund me over the next 5-7 days. Disgusted in KFC Beaver Road and Deliveroo customer service. A restaurant should take ownership where they make a mess of the orders.

Absolutely banging KFC! We always drive over to this one over the others in Ashford. Friendly people too. Boneless banquet and loads of sides etc, family fed for £30. Not oily, hot af. Super quick service too. Bonus!
