Bought sausage rolls and were stale when I complained to the manager he said they weren't there normal supplier and said he would report to the manager, I said he shouldn't be selling as they were stale and he just shrugged his shoulders will definitely not be eating in there again

Haven't used this place, have looked but food all prepared sitting next to each other, also quite expensive, always seems busy though

I stop here more than i should. Its not my favourite coffee in town (just a personal preference) but the muffins are delicious and the sandwiches well made. Always a nice place to sit and watch the world go by

Asked for coffee to be hot but still like warm, coffee was spilt over the edge and not cleaned up, table not wiped

I was really disappointed, the food was nicely presented in the fridges, I ordered 2 tuna melt paninis, when they were delivered they were not cooked. Slightly warm, the cheese wasn't melted. I couldn't be bothered to complain or send it back as we were in a hurry to eat and go. Probably will avoid this cafe moving forwards.

Just bought a tuna melt panini toasted. The panini is hard and burnt, can't bite into it.

Had a hot chocolate, and a bacon roll. Must say what a disgrace. Bacon cold in the middle tasted awful could not eat it. NOT real bacon either not sure what it was but awful. Won't recommend to anyone.
