Ordered through deliveroo, the delivery time says around 25 minutes, it took 1 hour 55 minutes in total. I called once to be told it was just being done and then 40 minutes later, to be kept waiting then hung up on, to eventually be told it had gone out for delivery. It then took another 25 minutes. The food was stone cold when it arrived and looked like it had been thrown in the box. It's not worth it.

Lovely food, all staff are friendly and welcoming. Bonus, they accept card and cash, so they are not as limited as some kebab shops in the area. Great choices on the menu, portions are great too.

Ordered online last night. Took just under an hour which was fine for a busy Friday night. We ordered the ditton grill special platter and omg it was delicious. You get so much meat and it tasted fantastic. Would definitely buy again. You also get updates via webpage once ordered.

Normally get good food, but last few times delivery has been late, food cold and when have called after hour or so order has to be cooked again, really dropped in standards....poor show, management dont give a hoot.

Ordered food here in the past quite a few times and been happy with the food, but the last 3 times of ordering food its has been very late, luke warm and the order has been wrong or missing items. Very dissapointed.wont be ordering

Simple order - mixed kebab and a burger. No pitta bread with the kebab. Salad dripping with water, no green chillis. Burger ordered without cheese and with burger sauce. Came with cheese & no burger sauce. Binned as person who was having it is allergic to dairy. hence no cheese option. Delivered an hour and 15 minutes after being ordered. Everything cold. Was offered replacement burger and pitta bread to be sent 'as soon as possible'. Errrmmm no thanks, it's already been nearly 2 hours since we ordered. Avoid.

Used to be good but waited 2hrs on 50min given time. Marked as out for delivery an hour ago but when we called to chase after 45 mins it hadnt even gone out. Won't order again

We used to love Dutton Grill but slowly it’s gone down hill, unless you collect an order it will be wrong. The past 4 times we’ve ordered we have then have to call and complain half of it is missing. We have now decided to give Ditton Grill a miss after years and will be looking elsewhere. It’s a shame as good food is let down by the inability to get the order correct.
