This McDonald’s is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I came here for breakfast and had to wait over an hour for my food!! And when I asked where my food was they just palmed me off with some excuse.

Place an order at drive-through rude member of staff told me if I wanted it large I should ask for it at the beginning of the order experiences before on arrival at kiosk large person Hygienic, looking person told me they were not serving me. I requested the manager who presents and took my order meanwhile, the other individual stand being rude to his manager, telling him not to serve me yeah

Over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting for a drive through happy meal. It’s always terrible for wait times at this McDonald’s but this has been an absolute disgrace. You shouldn’t be allowed to call yourself fast food if I can get a sit down meal in a restaurant faster than your drive through. Staff are rude and dismissive as well.

I've got to say our food is always good from here, but the wait is atrocious every time. The disorganisation is another level. If we don't complain, someone else waiting always does, and it's a shame cos it's letting them down.Parking: Huge car park right outside.Kid-friendliness: There's a play area outside for kids to play.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs, lift to go upstairs if you need the extra seating upstairs

Drive through is a nightmare. You end up waiting for minutes on end at the intercom as no one is taking your oder. One time I had to leave the car and go to the drive through counters to tell them there's a queue of cars waiting. There's at least a 20 min wait for your order but it's usually in the 30 min mark. Would avoid.

Visited here. Nowhere to sit downstairs. People were queueing for orders very haphazardly. 4 of us needed a table to sit at so decided we would be better off trying upstairs. Upstairs closed! No reason given as to why. Poor service. We walked out in disgust. This McDonald's therefore missed out on our £30 order. We ate elsewhere.

Racist Asian female manager, pressuring the workers to not communicate with customers waiting patiently for food. redeemed a sweet chilli chicken wrap end was denied it at the till by the manager with an extremely rude attitude and extremely dismissive. Showed all evidence that I purchased items and was still refused my full order. I wouldn’t recommend this mc Donald’s as they act to good for our money and continually complain about customers and the state of the restaurant. Horrible place.

Worst McDonalds in Kent. When I mentioned this Aylesford branch to a store manager at Snodland McDonald's they just laughed and said it's a total mess up. I go to McDonalds 4 times a week for coffees, quick bites etc when im on the road. Ive never been to this pathetic excuse for a McDonald's and not had to PARK UP. My wife and I have a competition, we place bets to see if we will get parked up with or without our drinks. There is always some nervous youngster that looks like they've been shouted at to tell us to park up and they clearly know that its ridiculous to park up a single cheeseburger yet I can hear their colleague bellowing at them "Why aren't you parking this car yet".I say that you just scrap the whole drive-thru concept its not working for ya'll. Lets just re-brand as a park-thru, dont even waste our petrol idleing in that god forsaken queue and park up and you can send staff outside to take orders. Because there is absolutely no point. Before I die on this earth I would like to go to Aylesford McDonalds and get my order at the Drive Thru OUT THE WINDOW like a normal person. Unfortunately there is more chance of snow falling in august.

The worst McDonald's in the country. Service is so slow and when it's busy there the access in and out of the parking area is a nightmare. On my last visit I waited an hour and my food never arrived. Eventually went downstairs to find out what happened to it and no one could tell me. I then got a refund and left with 3 hungry

Avoid at all costs. Running joke that every time order is incorrect. Having been a while since ordering anything there and with plans to head out with kid for evening, decided to order via app. Order arrived. Items missing. No way of fixing without driving to restaurant. Drove to restaurant. Unable to give refund as have to do it via customer services on app. Order redone as all food cold by now. New order handed over. Drive home. Guess what- items missing from this new order!! Absolute dire customer service and management!! Save yourself the stress and use a different McDonald’s !!

Ordered online, picked up in the restaurant, the order was wrong, cold stale chips, soggy burger, patty's that look they'd been ran over, ran by completely incompetent people, always had issues with my food at this Mcdonalds, and dont recommend this one at all, we rang up to complain, bear in mind, I never complain, and was told they couldn't do anything, even though the burger was wrong, we also waited over 40 mins to be served at the desk, was told many time to bear with them, even though it wasn't busy, it was 12am!!Again when we rang up, he was very rude, and the he spoke to us was very patronising, even though they messed up, and we were very polite about the situation, and the manager was very hostile towards us, this man shouldn't have a job, I don't expect alot going to any McDonald's, but when we have waited over an hour for food that is incorrect and nothing can be done...Yeah not happy,So I'd recommend driving a few miles more for a good McDonald's, because every experience my family have had, has all been a disaster, and nobody ever wants to eat it!So rude! And don't recommend:/
