Picked up a Chicken shish kebab for my dinner at work. Took pics of my burnt Chicken, salad is pitiful. Never had this problem when it was Premier fish and chip shop. Very disappointed. Won’t be using and wasting my money again.

Asked to collect my food, only to arrive for it to not even have been put on to be cooked! Sat around for 20 minutes only to get served burnt food. No apology for the wait either. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS DESPERATE. Very disappointed as this was a decent spot a year ago. New owners need to sack the staff asap.

Shocking! Me and my work colleagues all went after work i had chicken nuggets and chips. To start off there was a women who was VERY rude to me and my friends. This women was being argumentative and rude. The food was cold and dry. It tasted like a ping meal deal. Would don’t recommend ??

Chips were ok but fish was tasteless and batter wasn't tasty either?? Maybe use a better batter.
Always used to go here for our fish and chips before it was taken over by new owners since then we have used them about 5 times and every time there is something missing from our order we will not be using this takeaway again ?

Cod ment to be large it was more of a small size curry sauce was cold chips warm waited a hour won't be using again

Large cod was a bit small inside the batter . Plenty of chips, but watch the Rock,a lot of dark/ Black flesh.

Wrinkly overcooked chips possibly warmed back up in the oil, dry solid saveloy. Will not be making another visit to this chip shop, Shame as before it changed hands it was the best chip shop around.

Update unfortunately since the shop has changed owners it’s not like it was. Staff are friendly, food is ok they have added a lot more to the menu, we have had several wrong orders delivered to us and given to us in the shop and not known until we got home. The food is alright we do keep trying every now and then but not regularly like we used to
